Honestly this Home Depot sucks, not one employee give a rats ass if you need help then if you do need help , they give you an attitude because you are inconveniencing them and disturbing them. Even the dam floor manager walks by and. Doesn't even care

Jesse in the lumber department was the sweetest most helpful employee we have ever been assisted by. He went above and beyond with his customer service! He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had with such a friendly attitude :)! We were very pleased with our visit.

Special acknowledgement to Abby, for stopping her task to offer help in finding the best suitable mailbox for my home. Best of ALL she did it with her "dimpled" smile. Purchase made. Again, thank you GULFGATE HomeDepot.

It's truly a shame that a business gets so big and doesn't keep in mind it's customers. Literally waited 2 hours just to get some Sheetrock loaded. I wish Home Depot would take into account we have guys on the clock but they don't and sure they will not see this. Worst Home Depot to go to in Houston.

Bought 3k+ here in trim 5 carts full with my contractors, in the pro line I was asked to get out of the way by a employee... no B . I'm going to watch everything you ring up. I'm not going to waist my time in the customer service department fixing your mistakes AGAIN. This management needs to retrain their employees get with the freaking program.

Horrible disrespectful service. I was in line with my shopping cart full of items (easily $150 worth) waiting for 15 minutes and then some woman who didn't identify herself told me I was in the wrong line. They had a single line going through self service rather than individual lines starting at each register as you'd expect at any other store. I had already waited 15 minutes and there was no signage or instructions explaining their crazy illogical line policy. It was just completely stupid how they were doing their lines. Further the Home Depot lady who didn't identify herself was rude and was talking down to the customers as though this were a free food line or the welfare office. The other customers switched to the other line but I don't believe in giving my hard earned money to a store that disrespects me or my time. Even the welfare office does better. I chose to leave the store and go elsewhere with my money. I will not be back.I stopped going to this location many years ago even though it is close to my home because I felt the place gives you too much of a DMV/Welfare office/Walmart experience. My theory was that the piss poor service is because the store is located in a minority community and Home Depot, like many other stores, likes to treat us any kind of way yet charges the same price. At least Walmart gives you a big discount for putting up with the poor service from people they only half pay. But high prices and piss poor service--I say hell to the no to that!! I only came back to this store, because a friend of mine who is a contractor, told me that this location recently got a new GM who's working to change their racist image and disrespectful policies. I wish the new GM luck but I see I will need to continue driving to stores outside my community to get proper service. At least for now. A real shame because I'd rather spend my money in my own community.

I just love great customer service! I will give 5 stars all day for great customer service! I visited Home Depot looking to buy a Christmas tree and get it delivered. Unlike Lowes, I didn't have to rummage through several trees to find the perfect one, this cutie was on top and just perfect. I went in search of a staff member to ring me up and BAM Ryan found me! He trimmed the tree, recommended a tree stand, wrapped it, pushed it to the counter, smiled, wished me a Merry Christmas and on my way I went.

Ok. At home depot in windows dept. No one was here, so walked up to front paint area to ask if there was a way to get help at windows dept. Guy kindly called and so I hurried back to windows dept. Another associate passed and called for someone. That was 15 minutes ago. Still waiting.

Terrible. Just terrible. Every Home Depot let's you park where ever the hell you want. You could park in the foyer and they probably won't say anything. Also who needs an entrance when EVERYONE uses the exit instead? I just bought a case of ceiling tiles, and after sorting through 5 cases that didn't have a barcode, I finally found an opened case. What's hilarious is that when I got to my location 10 ceiling tiles out of 15 are broken. Absolutely terrible
