Anthony was a great representative for Home Depot. I watched him from my vehicle provide great service to various customers while loading their vehicles in the parking lot, with a smile, and a hearty conversation. I also got a chance to speak to him before leaving, he was such a delight, very positive individual. I look forward to coming back to this Home Depot.

I shop frequently at Home Depot but this year the quality of the lumber has been below standards. Most of the location had mold or fungus on treated lumber or framing lumber. The Cornerstone location is always poorly stocked, the shelves are disorganized, the store allows illegals to stand in the parking to solicit for work. Then you have the loading zone always blocked by contractors who are not even loading materials and it causes others to park on the side blocking the pass through lanes. I have nearly all Home Depot location allowing illegal to stand in there parking lots soliciting work.

I recently made a purchase online from Best Buy for a ladder, which was marked as delivered. However, despite the notification, the item has not reached me even after three days. Upon contacting Best Buy's customer service, I was placed on hold for an extended period. Upon speaking with a representative, I was advised to "file a claim with both my credit card company and UPS" (their designated service provider). While I understand the complexities of delivery logistics, this suggestion was unexpected and left me feeling unresolved as a customer. I value Best Buy as a trusted retailer for quality products, but the lack of clarity and support in resolving this delivery issue has been disappointing. As a consumer, I believe in accountability and efficient customer service, especially when dealing with delivery discrepancies. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer experience and ensures better resolution paths for similar incidents in the future.

Generally have had good luck with this store. Decent help, tools, lumber, home repair parts at fair prices. But things are changing. I am writing this warn others the delivery services. This service is not Amazon. Not even close. Found a part that could delivered later the same day when I bought it. Then it changed to the next day between 6 am and 8 pm. Well 8 pm came and went. It looks like tomorrow. I paid about $9 extra for product. Allowed me to keep working and make the project completion faster. No. Did not happen. Use Home Depot like you always have. Go get your stuff at the store. You want it delivered quick or least on timeframe that you can likely count on - use amazon or another. Likely get it faster and not pay an extra delivery fee. In addition to shipping.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED EVER IN LIFE LIKE THIS MY ELDERLY GRANDPA WENT TO THIS STORE AND WAS DISRESPECTED BY THE STORE MANAGER JOHN ! HE JUST NEEDED HELP AND BECAUSE HES BLACK YOU REFUSED TO HELP HIS KIND OR AS YOU SAID IT THESE PEOPLE WHEN REFERRING HIM TO ANOTHER WORKER. YOU IS A DISGRACE OF A PERSON AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.. NO STARS!!!!!!!

I had an item to return. There was no line and the gentleman was very courteous. I also needed keys made, so he directed me to the correct aisle and paged for help. She walked up just as I got there. She was nice and helpful, had my keys cut in no time, and they all worked in my locks.I had tried the machine that Walmart has now, where you make your own keys, 2 of 3 didn't work. I'm glad I wrote down the number on the machine. I called as soon as I could and Key-me refunded my money without hesitation.

I went in for sink faucet that started leaking. After finding the one that my wife and I liked we asked for help to retrieve it from the upper shelving. Once it was brought down and and made sure it was the correct item, we went to pay and the item rang up at a higher price that what it said on the display. We looked it up on the app and it said the same price as the display and and we asked for assistance. The first employee was nice about it and seemed like he was new. He called for backup and she asked to see the item on the app and was ready to price match it then said I’ll ask for help as well. That’s fine with us but as soon as the manager walked up to help, he was very rude and defensive from the get go. I showed him the item and then what it was ringing up for and he then said let’s walk to the back and show me. As we walked to the back and saw the item I showed him and it clearly shows the price and the item we got up front. He started saying it only online and he scanned the item and pushed some buttons and said you see it’s online and shoved the scanner in my face and said why does everyone think they can do my job better than me cause of a app on the phone. I maintained my cool due to him being extremely rude and defensive. I told him that it doesn’t say online only and it clearly shows the price for the item in stock and same color and exactly what the display and tag say. He continued to say no I won’t do it and that’s the price it shown me. Clearly a discrepancy between what the store has it for and what the app says and what he says. I said don’t worry about it I’ll get it else where and said it doesn’t matter and I asked for his name and his name and walked out of that location. His name is Nii. Theres no reason to treat customers like this or act that way towards us. I’ve been going to this location cause of how close it is for years and I like this store and it’s very disappointing for this to happen. Be aware of this manager and how he makes up the rules that make it beneficial to him.

My favorite store, I found everything that I need for my house ? as far as reparations or minor projects
