We had a major confusing pricing situation on a high value zero-turn mower, and 6 people ended up stepping in to help us figure it all out. Everyone was amazingly nice and patient and honored the lower price. I had a very good experience there and it's all due to those wonderful employees!

All good till you enter the darkest parking lot in the city. Lot is always trashy too. Nobody seems to clean it.

It's a good store, but Evrtything is Locked up and it's not easy to get any one to help. Check out lines are not organized, people just come at it from every angle, and people at the front dont even help out to form the line for more efficient check out process.

Went to this location to get 10 bags of Mulch. Called the main number to get assistance in grabbing the bags only to be told that no one was available in the Garden center to help me. So pissed finally getting all bags loaded 30 mins later. Went to the checkout in Garden. That young man Fred went above and beyond to ensure he found someone to load the bags in my truck. Nick showed up and apologized for the wait and began to load the bags. Now take in mind that’s not the department he works in. Whom ever does the scheduling at this location no longer needs a job. As a store manager it’s known that you should have at least 3 people per department to close. I’m very upset. To the young men that helped me. I thank you both. Your customer service is greatly appreciated. Store Manager you need to be retrained.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving zero stars is because of the nice check out girl. If it wasn't for the nice employees. This store would lose alot of business. The entire wood/lumber section is absolutely trash. They are charging $50+ for a sheet of MDF and this is how they are stored and sold. They all have been wet and they are all broken on the edges. And anyone knows that once mdf gets wet, it swells and it's garbage after that.

Chris at 12730 W Lake Houston Pkwy assisted me in the Electrical section, and he understood immediately the product I described, which was a Wi-Fi Extender. Christ went straight to the area and gave me the correct size I needed. Thank you for having this employee who displayed expertise and knew his products. Most importantly, Chris had excellent interfacing skills and always had a big smile.
Chris, thank you so very much...you were a delight in all areas.
