Drove all over town looking for this product. This is the only store that had this product. Really great customer service and friendly paint staff employees.

This place has the rudest, ugliest women! They're literally UGLY maybe that's why they're sooo rude and treat customers the worst! Go to Lowe's do not come to Home Depot!

This store needs to be educated on service animal laws. There is no such thing as registration. There is no requirement to show proof of a service dog. A store is only permitted to ask two questions 1.) is this a service animal 2.) what tasks is this dog trained to perform. This store is governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act and TX HB 489 just like any other. I will be submitting a civil rights violation to the Department of Justice if I am not contacted. The employee walked away and would not let us buy the items we drove to get. I was not going to allow the handler to suffer for this but she was so anxious she had to leave. You have my contact information here to show me that they are working on educating their staff properly. There are criminal and civil rights offenses regarding this. Community service, classes and the probability of a fine. Vicky is responsible.

Home Depot says they close at 9 PM tons guy went to pick up order for a job, material needed for tomorrow'. At 8;50 the rude woman refused to l t me and the 10 other people around 8:50. If you say you close at a certain time honor it. When told I was going to make aware at their hours on Yelp was laughed at, have a Pro Account there well not interested in them anymore

Why are you not enforcing masks? I have seen multiple customers without them and I’ve had to ask the employee helping us to put his mask on properly. His supervisor also spoke to him. I will not return to your store until you take the community’s health more seriously. (June 24th)

The store manager Chris and his team goes beyond the call of duty to make sure their customers are handled respectfully. They are our neighborhood Home Depot store for all of our home goods projects, small & large!Thank you

Coronavirus precautions. 14 Apr 2020. Placed an order for pick up. Order did not say was curbside. I parked. Walked to curbside customer assistance. I was helped by Gerald. Real nice. Pleasant process. My order was curbside. Whew. Lucky. If you wanted to shop, the staff was regulating how many can enter the store. There was a line to get in. Very pleasant visit in this intense time. Stay safe. I've shopped at this h d a very long time. Particularly in the last 17 yrs. I've had many pleasant visits. The last time I needed help was in tools. Cement bit. I wish I could remember who helped me. He was excellent

The store manager today (Victoria) took 15 minutes to come out to the patio center to unlock the gate. This was at 10:30 am AND after several customers had already walked away because the gate was locked. There was a cashier there but no way to get out. I left my $100+ purchase on the cart and left. No excuse for this as she even had an extra hour to sleep in due to daylight savings time change!

I went on line and seen countertops for $160.00 but you have to order them online. So,I went to the store to see what they had in stock. The ones in store cost more. So,I had an associate to go online to order one. But when she went online in the store to make the order. The prices went up and were higher than what they had in the store. In store prices were $218.00 online the price was $830.00 for the top only with no sink or faucet. That's crazy.
