It feels like 90 degrees in this store. I got what I needed, but it was extremely hot.
The response was not what I expected from Home Depot. The issue is the A/C doesn't work in this store, and per the staff it has not worked in over a month. The staff and I was sweating, this is ridiculous for staff and customers to working and shopping in that conditon.

What’s the purpose of curbside when you’re sitting outside for 20 minutes and have to go in to get it?

Tool rental gentelman is very is in knowledgeable but thinks he knows what he’s doing. That can be dangerous for one. Not to mention the rude attitude and bad customer service. Me and my company spend about 2 million dollars or more at Home Depot annually, maybe we should start thinking about using Lowe’s or someone else if Home Depot can’t get their stuff together. Horrible, won’t come back to the hillcroft location for anything.

This has to be the most disorganized train wreck of a Home Depot I’ve ever been to.

This is not my go-to location. However, we were in the area and decided to stop by. Worst customer service I've experienced over 20 years of going to any Home Depot. First of it was extremely busy and chaotic. There were only 2 self check outs open and 2 regular checkouts, and everyone was instructed to form only 1 line. When we got to the register, our 1 item showed a different price, $11 more expensive than what the sign said, the register called "the manager" for assistance, a very young lady came and had a nasty attitude. I had to go and take a picture to show her what it was supposed to be (keep in mind there was an extremely long line), and even after showing her the picture she still had an attitude. There was no apology or sorry for the inconvenience, she adjusted the price and walked away. Managers should take classes on how to provide the proper customer service. This experience should have never taken place.

I usually avoid shopping in-store at Home Depot locations in our area due to the lack of staff assistance, which is why I typically opt to shop online. However, my recent visit on Friday completely changed my perspective. Renee, DC, & Hillary completely exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed. This level of dedication and customer care is rare at Home Depot, and they truly deserve recognition for their unwavering commitment to customer service. Kudos to Renee, DC, & Hillary for being shining stars at Home Depot! Great job guys, you all truly NAILED IT!

You can most of the time find what you need. But the rest of the time it's hard to find someone to help find what you need.

Rosie at customer services has a really bad attitude problem. I need to use my gift card and it wouldn’t work at self checkout. The lady at self checkout sent us to customer service where we encountered Rosie. While waiting in line she’s yelling at customers saying go to self checkout if you have items in your hands, which I did. I told her my gift card isn’t working at self checkout and they sent me to customer service. I threw my id and gift card on the table for Rosie to check me out. She got all pissy and throwing attitude saying don’t throw stuff at me. When I clearly threw my stuff on the table. She’s a miserable old lady who works at Home Depot and wants others to be miserable just like her. She started at me and I asked her what we’re going to do and made it very clear that now one is throwing anything at you just placing me I’d and gift card so that she could do her job. Long story short she sent us to a different person which was a lot nicer and she took my id and gift card and we were out of there in less than 30 seconds. Rosie please seek help you need it. Home Depot should fire you for your ugly attitude and utter disrespect to the people who make sure you stay employed.

The worst Home Depot in Houston

The worst attention. I placed an order. They gave it incomplete. Come back next day. They agreed to call, they didn't call. I went 2 days later and nothing. They sent me from one place to another and no one solved it. I waited another 2 days, called and they left me on the line waiting.
I returned to the store and no one until a manager named Vicky said tomorrow at 10 am. I arrived and nothing, I waited 20 minutes, waited almost an hour, they called her on the phone and nothing. In total I came 6 times for my order and 11 days passed tomorrow. And in the end I asked for my money back and this Vicky didn't want to resolve. I told her she has come 6 times and she said I don't care and she got angry. I managed to get the money back but it was frustrated. They treat you with contempt. And forced to deny they make faces at you. Horrible attention.
