I don't want to rate 3 but guys you gotta do something,products are great no doubt about the high quality and reputation of the brands you sell ,but the personal has 0 knowledge, if you contract people to stock I give them a ? but for costumer attention you need to focus ,have lots of situations where costumer ask for help and they just throw the responsibility to another one... Basically doing nothing just a 2x4 extra in the store with out even trying to make a sale...

Went to get paint for my daughters room,the man Kevin,had long hair,little chubby.who was doing the paint section was reading us the options of the type of paints and when we were deciding he made a face rushing us because we were confused,he had a nasty attitude and was in such a rush and seemed annoyed and like he didn’t want to help us.

Why does Home Depot offer curbside side? I informed Home Depot over 10 minutes ago. No one has shown up with my order. This is not the first time that I have to go into the store to get my order. I should give myself 1 star for expecting something different.

It’s 2024 they have no cashiers and lines get pretty long really quick , on top of that they have all this new technology but no tap to pay / Apple Pay come on Home Depot do better
