“After doing research to update my homeowner's insurance this year, I was left distraught at the attitude of the agents I spoke with. They may have been extremely nice initially, but after asking questions, they became sharp, irritated, or distracted, leaving me concerned how they ran their business, and how they would handle any potential claim I may file. A year ago, I gave up and just bought a policy (elsewhere) only to find add-ons I was charged for without asking me, and leaving off credits I could have had. I was about to give up again this year, when I called Hartgrove for a quote. Shannon was wonderful! I took up way too much of her time, (though laughing and sharing stories), but she answered ALL questions in detail, and handled her business as I would expect a company to do. She cares about her clients and wants to keep them and will offer the best policy she can. She has been great at answering follow-up emails too. My insurance bundle had a slightly higher auto rate, but it was worth it to find an excellent agent. Plus, I have the comfort of knowing I can trust her and she will truly do her best. This is why this company has consistent 5 star reviews!! They are real!”

“I have been a customer here for a while Romy & Katherine were great. Today I called to cancel neither of them were available. Spoke w/ Zoey she was very rude and over talking me when I asked why am I being charged more for renters insurance when I already paid in full. Her attitude & customer service was very poor ! She also falsified information in the system that I would be contacted tomorrow we never discussed a call tomorrow. I specifically ask for the staff I’ve worked w/ before to avoid bad customer service like I received from Zoey. I was so irritated I came to the Westheimer location to address the issue. She is not at this location but Humble.
Fast forward spoke to JC in the office, customer service was great same as I usually receive by Romy! I appreciate his kindness, patience and understanding.
