Gregory was VERY helpful!! He informed me and my husband with a lot of information we needed (though that was not his department)to purchase a door for our home and he did not get irritated with us asking several questions he was very attentive and patient nobody else in the store helped us so thank you a lot Gregory !

I just wanted a key made and the employee snatched it from my hand. Then I spoke to a manager walking by and even she gave me a bad attitude about it. But thankfully, a woman named “Q” from receiving stepped in and very kindly offered to help me make a key. She was so extremely nice. After that, I spoke to an Assistant Manager named “Troy” about my experience and he patiently heard me out and apologized for getting treated that way. He then made a mental notation and I got the key complimentary of Home Depot. I was not going to shop here anymore but now I will. Thank goodness for kind employees like Q and wise managers like Troy. ??

Online it said they had 5, of the thing I wanted, in stock. When I get there I can't find any. I asked someone if they had them somewhere else. They looked it up and it said they actually showed 6 in stock. They call someone to go look and see if they can find them. I wait, I wait, I wait, finally someone shows up to ask again what I'm looking for. I wait, I wait, I wait and then someone else comes and says they're still looking. I wait, I...... (you get the rest) then after the longest wait the first person comes by and looks at me confused. They tell me they looked everywhere and couldn't find and someone was supposed to come tell me that a while ago. Ugh!!! I had to drive to another HD farther away to get what I needed. The story of that HD is in another review. Not good either, for a different reason.

I placed an order online to be picked up at this location, they charged my card $172.12 for that item, but then 30 minutes later, they canceled my order and only refunded me $107 back. Leaving a charge on my card for $65.05, no explanation was given to why the order was canceled and now they will not refund me the $65.05 even though I have the proof that my card was charged. So now I have to pay $65.05 for a never received.Home Depot is a $300 billion corporation stealing dollars from their customers. I would never return to this location for business, and moving forward I will only use Lowe’s seeing how they are an honest company.

They always have a great selection here. Especially their garden center has really nice plants to choose from. I would highly recommend this location.

This location has come up since I've last been here. Friendly staff, actually helpful too. They were also way more creative than other locations with their holiday promotions, very creative!

Terrible customer service by phone this morning! I received an email with a contract for rental equipment. I did not rent anything nor did my mom. I called to investigate and got sent around several times when I finally landed at rentals. Clearly the lady did not want to help. She looked into it and told me to call the main office. She said someone “must’ve used my ID for the rental”. This raises a lot of concerns with this store. I haven’t lost my ID so why wouldn’t they check the picture ID and address on the account they have on file (which is my mother’s). I called the main office and spoke to Kenneth. He was very patient and helpful. He said it was likely FRAUD and he would have his investigation team look into it. I really hope they look into the “contract” created that day by the sales person in that department. I never go to this location and I definitely wont go there now! They had no answers and were not helpful!!!
