These are some incompetent lazy workers at this home depot. Took me 30 minutes to get a battery for my power tools. I asked a guy to open the cabinet and he just looks at me like an idiot. He has no key. The call over this other idiot and has the wrong keys. Everything in the cabinet was just tossed in. They had no prices. Good lord!!!!

A store that goes out of the way for the customer. Group of management that will go up and beyond to make the best possible decision for the particular situation along with a friendly smile during the interaction. The best store in the Southeast

Horrible service. There aren't any associates around for assistance. Needed help with blinds, appliances and no one was around.

My sister & I have complained about it customer service here. My husband and I went there this past Saturday 4/29/23 to purchase blinds. We were pleasantly surprised with the customer service we received from Ashley (blind's department). She asked if we needed help & to just let her know when we're ready. Ashley deserves a raise!!! Thank you Ashley for excellent customer service!!!

I came in ready to buy my appliances here but when I asked an associate for help she directed me to the girl working in the area. And her response to us was "yeah what do you need" no eye contact , said it so rudely as if we were bothering her... if you don't want to work in customer service don't. But there is no need to be rude to people who are simply trying to give you business. We left and took our money somewhere else. The older lady who greeted us at the door was friendly.

Had the worst customer service experience here. Older Associate by the name Johnny was super rude when approached. Is implied asked if they had an item in stock because online it said that was available for curbside pick up. When asked he got an attitude and began to act smart and said well I don't know if we do with an attitude. He was very aggressive I told him that all I had was a question that he didn't need to get an attitude. Manager should check his associates attitude.

Horrible service. Disorganized and poorly kept up. I will pay more for an item at a smaller mom and pop hardware store than deal with the mindless drones at this location. I would rather order from amazon.com, ebay.com, or a local mom and pop (if I needed the item urgently).

Friends you need to up your game on customer service. I stood for 18 min at the locked cabinet to buy an air nailer. Next air gun purchase comes from Tommy tools.

Went to this Home Depot today and it was very crowded, no one was following the 6' distancing at check out, there was a line but it was so long and people were just walking through the line ignoring those that tried to do self distancing. Everyone grab the same scanners to scan items and there was no cleaning or sanitizing between each person. There was a lady counting people as they entered and another as they exited but the store was already pretty full. They even let people in without a mask even though it is mandatory inside Harris county. I did see a guy who was by the registers, he was the self distancing captain, he was no good since all he was doing was directing people to empty registers. This place was a joke following self distancing rules.

Worst Home Depot ever. They have nothing and have no cashiers. I just left a basket loaded with stuff because they did not have ANY place for me to check out. Go to any of the other Home Depots in the area

My wife and I were shopping online at The Home Depot and found a nice washer and dryer set for our house. We wanted to see what it looked like in person though so we went to this location since it was the closest to us. Once we got there we found an even better washer and dryer for about the same. We were so excited that we got a new microwave as well. The only problem was that when were being rung up the price wasn't coming up properly in the register as it was marked in the store. With the help of Maribel, Keara, Tonya, and Scott we were able to get the issue resolved really quickly and they even gave it to us for 18 months no interest on my Home Depot card. I really can not sing their praises loud enough. They were very friendly, helpful, and kind! These guys were great and made three customers for life! :)

This is the closest home depot to us. It's not amazing, but it does have what we need when we need to update our home. Lately, I have only been visiting the garden area. We generally, get soil to redo our garden. The prices are higher than some other places, but it's very convenient, and if you pick the on sale items it's comparable.

do not buy any appliances from home depot stores or online or waste your money on service protection plans they offer. it will be huge waste off your time, this is the worst customer service from any organization i have ever dealt with. they do not want to service their products and make it difficult to do so with their customer service techniques. it took 4 hours on the phone just to schedule a service call and then they had my service address wrong for the service company so they tried to cancel it when it was set up. we have owned enough appliances to fill 7 houses we have lived in and never experienced anything so terrible.

Ask to open boxes before you leave the store. People are replacing items, like ceiling fans, putting the old one in the box and bringing it back to the store for a refund. So, you go to buy something that you think is new and its an old piece of junk-nothing but the stores fault. As a side-note, hold on to your receipts, cause they will question your integrity.

This Home Depot is awful! I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the 2 people that DID help us. Nothing but kids work there and don't know anything about what they're doing. You ask them a question and it's "uh..." scratching their heads, they're walking around in orange vests looking at their phones & have an attitude! Maybe it's just on the weekends here at this location, but they need to go through some training in customer service before dealing with the public. And even know just a little bit about your job or where you work at would help.
