DO NOT come to this location. Brought a return exactly on day 30 and was told I’m 2 days past the window. Said 30 days from 2/20 was 3/20, not 3/22(today). The employee argued with me and said I was incorrect and she’s been doing this for 5 years. I said if you count or even google 30 days from 2/20 it is 3/22 NOT 3/20. She said they don’t follow that. So I asked if the return window is not really 30 days, but rather 28?! I asked to speak with the manager, she didn’t talk to me. She just told the employee to issue my refund. NEVER acknowledged I was right, and NEVER apologized. She just said “there you got your refund”.

You can barely shop due to barely getting through each isle without knocking anything over. Everytime I shop at this location this has become an issue, every single time so I just leave.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and outright rude behavior from a store manager in my life. Sherry, the manager at the HomeGoods in Willowbrook Shopping Center, treated me with complete disrespect during my recent visit.
While I was shopping — 25 minutes before closing — Sherry screamed at me across the store in an extremely rude tone, refused to assist me with a very heavy item, and even used bad language, calling me out of my name in a completely unacceptable manner. She demanded that I leave the store because they were “getting ready to close,” despite there being plenty of time left for shopping.
When I made it to the register, the cashier was kind enough to apologize repeatedly for Sherry’s behavior, but I told them there was no need to apologize for her unprofessional conduct — it wasn’t their fault.
After this terrible experience, I contacted corporate and the store directly to report the incident. Not only did no one follow up with me, but the store staff also refused to give me Sherry’s name. I had to find it through my receipt after calling back the next night. Even then, the staff I spoke with were rude and dismissive.
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and not what I expect from a store like HomeGoods. Management should be held to a much higher standard of customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and will think twice about shopping at this location again.

We visited HomeGoods in search of two large rugs for our office showroom, just two weeks before Christmas. Despite the store being crowded, we received excellent assistance from a wonderful associate named Irma. With a cheerful smile, she skillfully retrieved both rugs from the display and even helped bring them to the front for us. Her delightful demeanor and helpful attitude made our shopping experience exceptional!

I am a frequent customer of this store, today I went shopping, I didn't take a shopping cart, I was looking around to see what was good, but it made me very angry that a store supervisor in every place I was in said that I was These people steal just because they see someone who is Hispanic, they distrust and in truth the people who steal don't even pay attention to them. The last time I went, a person came out stealing and they don't do anything because they are of their race.

Got here right when it opened.
Went to the ladies’ room and it was disgusting. Two of the staff were there visiting.
The store itself wasn’t any better.
Inventory on the floor, boxes stacked up on carts blocking many of the aisles.
You have to ASK a cashier to open more registers when there are 15 or more people in line.
Horrible management.
