The variety and availability of items in this store is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for something in one section and one of the workers, Sarah, took me to exactly where it was! Sometimes the line gets a bit long, but once you step into this place, it all makes sense. I even signed up for the credit card which you can use at any of their stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, their new store HomeSense, and their online store Sierra). When you spend $200 with your card, you get these $10 Rewards, that are the same as cash at any of their stores!!! I kept saving mine for these Sur La Table dishes I had my eye on. I finally bought them and only paid $27 FOR THE WHOLE SET because of my certificates. You've got to check this place out!!

I was going in to return an item (bed comforter) that I bought yesterday at the Pearland HG location, because I didnt end up liking it. Before crossing from the parking lot to the entrance, some lady almost ran me over. Parking lot is very congested. As I try to return the item, which I had a receipt for, the cashier proceeds to tell me that I couldn't return the bed comforter due to me not having the original card I paid with. It was my husbands card since he was with me yesterday at the Pearland location when making this purchase, but he wasnt with me today so I didnt have his card. I did inform her that I had my card that is the same account, but that didnt matter. She said either store credit or to take it to the Pearland HG instead because technically they can't even return bedding since it had been opened. It wasnt used and with tags and sealed back properly. I honestly had never heard of bedding being opened not being able to be returned and I thought we could do returns at any HG locations. Nowhere in the return policy does it say we have to do it at an specific one or does it say that about bedding returns. I told her that I had drove 40 minutes to that location and I had the receipt and my debit card and it was just bought yesterday. I have had other cashiers at other HG location never trip about a different card to do the return on. I asked for a manager and only store credit was available or to go to the Pearland location. I left disappointed and drove even further away to another HG to do the return, and they were able to help me with no issues.

Extremely overpriced - this is not a company/location that people should seek. Other online and retail physical locations may offer better access and pricing at your convenience.

The first time going here, it was nice all types of home products I found some things I liked, and it was interesting to see they had pet dog products. I could see me going back again.
