I place an order online, both times I went to pick up items separately I was mistreated... second item was marked as picked up which I haven't, clerk didn't even try to help me, kept saying "idk, it's not here, can't and won't help you"... I asked for the manager and then the customer phone number.... Whitney from HT customer service was way for helpful than store clerk..... who is raising these people????

I normally shop at Hot Topic online, because the store rarely has large size dresses and the Hot Topic Point of Sale system is notoriously slow and glitchy. Checking out in store during Christmas was horrible and took forever! Anyway, I went to pick up my online order in the morning, and the store was clean and well stocked. I found some cute items on clearance, but they weren’t ringing up at the correct price. The patient clerk figured out that one of my items had been stickered incorrectly and was kind enough to adjust the price and honor the sticker price. Overall, good experience.

I enjoyed this place where I can get good tee shirts for my wrestling side and even horror. I hope they get more wrestling t-shirts XXL for us big guys who are looking for wrestling t-shirts .
