This place is a hidden gem!’ Claire and staff were attentive and kind. I ended up purchasing a beautiful July 4th bow to go with my July 4th themed tree !!! Great selection tons of flowers, Ribbons and Knick knacks. Wonderful store!!

The inventory is beautiful and the ladies who work here are the sweetest. I stopped by to grab a few gifts and my little ones were getting restless while I shopped. One of the ladies asked if she could entertain them while I shopped. We will be going back for more soon!

Customer service is slacking. I reached out regarding faulty/damaged merchandise I received and was never followed up with after reaching out via email. It took 3 additional emails to FINALLY get a response from the owner and only because I have disputed the transaction. Her snarky response was not appreciated when I told her I preferred to go ahead and settle everything through my financial institution. If they can't respond to emails in a timely matter, why would I trust them to refund my money once the dress is sent back.
