I don't live in Houston, but I needed a same-day flower delivery for my mother's birthday who does. I stumbled upon Houston Flower Shop, and I'm so glad I did! From the very first moment, their customer service blew me away. Diane was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect.
She made it so easy to choose the right arrangement, walking me through options and even sending me photos to be sure I was completely happy with the final design. That level of personal care is rare these days, and it made me feel confident the entire time.
Thanks to Diane and the wonderful team, I know exactly where I'll be going anytime I need flowers in Houston. They've earned a lifelong customer.

Picked up a beautiful bouquet of roses and a cute bear for my wife’s birthday, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Houston Flower Shop had a great selection to choose from, and I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed. The flowers were fresh and vibrant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot if you need quality flowers and fast, reliable service!

What can I say other than the reviewers were spot on! I called and spoke with Jackie who was pleasant, attentive, and thorough. She took down my contact information and texted me photos of several arrangements to choose from. They were all simply beautiful. I called her again and placed my order for an all white arrangement. I paid for it over the phone, and Jackie texted me a photo of the arrangement and then again to let me know when the driver was leaving the store with the arrangement.I’ve ordered and had many flower arrangements delivered but I’ve NEVER had an experience like the one I’ve had with Houston Flower Shop. KUDOS to Jackie for a job well done! She was professional, helpful, and provided quality customer service. HFS will definitely get my business again and I will share my experience with others. They exceeded my expectations!!!

This is a hidden family owned gem in Houston. A premiere luxury flower shop run by a young business owner with flowers that will make you weep with its beauty. I don't know how Ruby manages to find the most gorgeous blooms and the creativity to set them up. If you have a special person in your life, this is the place you want to get flowers from. Unforgettable for the giver and the receiver.

One of my greatest friends received some amazing news so I immediately called her nearby florist to send a bouquet.The customer service was amazing, as the young lady that took my order was patient, kind, funny (haha), and extremely helpful.Flowers were delivered same day—I called at 4, and they were at her door by 5:30!Thank you to this helpful team! I send flowers quite literally ALL the time and now I know who I can count on each time for one of my best friends.Thanks again!

Went here yesterday, The flowers were super fresh and they’re always making arrangements with the biggest and best roses! I definitely recommend coming to this flower shop if you want the best quality and customer satisfaction, prices are very reasonable and they work with the price range you’re willing to spend. Super creative, beautiful and very kind to customers, there isn’t a flowershop out there that is going to care for the quality and care of your flowers, Best in Houston by a long shot !
