I dropped off my 2018 box truck for service 7 months ago. It took them 6 weeks to get all of the information over to my warranty company and ultimately the claim was denied. I authorized a $1,500 diagnostic charge and after the claim was denied they added roughly $800 to that. I disputed it and talked to several people including a manger at the location and a corporate manager. They all say the same thing “that should not have happened.” Now I have emailed managers, gone to the shop in person and every time they promise that someone will call me. I purchased 3 late model Freightliner trucks from them and I get all of my service done with them. I spoke to a guy that claimed to be over all of the Freightliner shops in Houston or the region and he promised to email me his information and to call me back. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard from him and I never received an email. I think his name was Bryce. I finally got a call on September 23rd from a young lady named Lacey. She was asking me about my situation. I told her everything and she told me that someone would call me back in the next week after the month was over because they were extremely busy. Unbelievable. Apparently my money isn’t good enough for them. I’ve asked them to call me just so I could pay the invoice and no one will call. I’ve had other truck serviced and repaired there during this time and no one will address the situation with this box truck. The GM of the sales center has reached out and that is why the guy called me a couple of weeks ago but overall this business has a serious accountability issue. They have built a beautiful facility it couldn’t be nicer but be careful they only care about customers that are swiping a credit card with no questions asked. The kind that they can take advantage of. However a small business owner like myself that can’t afford to throw away $700 just because someone decided to raise the price arbitrarily they will stick your vehicle in the back lot and assume that the repo man is coming eventually. My truck has been sitting on the backlot with the liftgate open and all of my equipment exposed every since warranty turned down the claim. When I picked up my trucks I met the general managers and the owners of the company. They all seemed like nice people. I hope and pray that they don’t know about this situation because that’s about the only thing that could make me feel worse at this point. Then I have to ask myself how could they not know? How can an entire staff put a customer on the back burner and no one know about it. I own 7 trucks and I’ve had trucks breakdown all over the country. There been situations where I had to fly drivers home and leave trucks in remote locations. Every single time the service center has communicated with me and we worked together to solve my problem. I’ve had drivers transported to and from the airport, I’ve had bills adjusted and in every case the communication was excellent. When I had a truck sit because I had to find a driver or make arrangements to go pick it up they always stayed on top of it. Houston has had record rain this year and my truck has been out in the elements for all of it. Stay away from this place unless you have money to throw away or you plan on abandoning your vehicle. They sit vehicles on the lot and refuse to call you back. In 30 years of owning vehicles, boats, big rigs, you name it this is by far the worst experience that I have had with a service center. Unfortunately there is still no end in sight. I guess I’m going to have to send a tow truck to pickup the vehicle. To summarize I’m trying to pay them what I agreed to pay them and they won’t call me to take the payment. I guess my money isn’t good enough for them. Unbelievable.

Terrible 0 star service. We have had a truck checked in for 4 days for a Freightliner warranty failure repair. The mechanic that started working on the unit apparently has disappeared. We have been promised multiple schedules and they have failed each one and we are pleading with them for updates but they fail to return phone calls or emails. Unprofessional is an understatement. Avoid this dealership at all cost.

Just came back from having our Class A RV (Freightliner chassis) serviced at Houston Freightliner's Oasis service center.
Their new location off US-90 in northeast Houston is a huge improvement over the old location on the 610 loop.
The old facility was cobbled together over a long period, and was pretty tight and needed refurbishment. The new facility was clearly designed for servicing big rigs.
They have a food court where you can purchase deli, sandwiches and pizza. There are a lot of open seating locations - and a room with a large TV.
Plus, if you have an RV, they have several spots in the back by the Oasis bays with power and fresh water (no sewer) hookups, overlooking a small lake - if you need to stay overnight.
They were able to get our coach in yesterday and complete the repairs this morning - so not only are the new facilities much better - they were also able to get our service completed quickly - and get our coach back in time for our next road trip.
Would highly recommend the new Houston Freightliner location for RV Freightliner service.

Just came to this new freightliner and long haired red head dude was rude. I never dealt with such a rude dude at dealing with freightliner. Nice new facility but complete jerk at front counter rather have old building with better customer service then brand soank8ng new facility and deal with a complete a hole. Was told to go sit in my car after part was in will call so what's the issue. Also told him I just want to verify part is correct and he had an attitude about it

Very nice clean and new facility, customer service was alright. Easy to maneuver. They have a huge cafeteria in there as well as an arcade, wasn’t expecting all that
