Very nice receptionist and nurses. I only had a ten minute wait to be taking to the back for five different procedures, 3 MRI, 1 CT scan and an x-ray. They are very efficient and organized with their time and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for a basic xray through Methodist Mychart for 1015. I checked in around 955am. It has taken more than 40 mins to get called back. I understand some of these technologist are hired as a multi-modalities, but a basic chest xray doesn’t take more than 5 mins. The exam itself could be squeezed in between one of the lengthier exams whether it be a CT, MRI, etc. Granted, MRI and CT is where the real money maker is at. I’ve had CT’s and MRI’s here previously and never did I wait so long for those exams. This just proves my point. So, I can see why a regular diagnostic xray is not as much of a priority as one of those other exams. Nevertheless, Management should have a better grip on this. Given that appointment time has surpassed more than 15 mins there should have been someone at the very least addressing why a patients appointment time has elapsed. This did not happened and is unacceptable to have anybody wait this long for a simple exam. The front desk guy is multi-tasking and should have someone else assist him with checking-in individuals, answering phones, and burning CD’s.

Imaging results are chronically slow to be posted. Why do you continue to take people’s money when you can’t deliver proper service? Dial down the damned greed and get your act together. 5 days and still no results.

I had a really good experience here today starting with the front desk check in. She was super pleasant great attitude got me checked in and processed right away for bone density scan and I asked her about including my x-ray series. she told me that there was somebody ahead of me in to talk with the technician that was doing the bone density scan to see how long the wait would be. Tony did the scan he was extremely nice and patient took me over to x-ray and everything was done it was a very good experience. I will definitely come back to this location. No wait time not chaotic clean friendly fast couldn’t ask for more!

Dexter at the front desk RULES. He doesn't wait for you to ask; he jumps right in and gets ahead of you! The tech staff has always been great, too.

Low quality and lack of focus on the patient (the customer).
Arrived at 7:50am for a 8:20am MRI appointment. They couldn’t ‘find’ me in the system, until they realized they switched up my first/last name. Then they didn’t ‘have’ my doctors order - only to later find it was “put in the wrong folder”. After fixing their administrative errors, they told me I lost my 8:20am table time and would need me to make a new appointment. Will not return.

Cassie was very helpful moving through process with me. My insurance wasn't yet approved, however, due to my case being an emergency order from my surgeon and time sensitive - she got me in without having to pay out of pocket and allowed for the billing to go through my insurance on the back end. Everyone else in the office was also very friendly. Plus the facility is well maintained and clean, from the CT machine to the bathrooms. I had an overall great experience at this location.

Totally impressed with this imaging center so close to home and outside the medical center.Reception was very easy (I registered online) and the waiting area is very comfortable.Tony did an excellent job with my procedure, he was very friend;y and customer focused. Will definite;y return here when imaging is required

While I had high hopes in Methodist in general, receiving images here was the most painful process I've ever experienced between the imaging center, Methodist home office/billing. I was charged the wrong amount for the wrong procedure, which I knew was going to lead to a disaster. To many details to explain why I wouldn't go here again. Proceed with caution as this facility doesn't connect with Methodist overall billing, even when they are the ones that incorrectly submitted the wrong information. Complete disaster.

This office is normally pretty quick in seeing patients, however they lack courtesy and understanding when it comes to patients needing extra care and instead of being understanding of patients and their situations, they just try to see patients as quick as possible without regard for patient care. The staff at the front desk area is also not very welcoming.

Asked me to pay $2300 for a left elbow without contrast CT scan. I can get that done sun $200 at 5 other places in town. Absolute racket and disgusting they would take advantage of people who are hurt and in need of care. Never go here.

I came here today to get a CT scan taken. Everything went very smooth from the check in to the finish. The radiation technician was particularly kind and attentive (Chau, I believe was her name). Great experience.
