It's 4 and the employee closed early so we end up paying more for the storage units. It's not like it's new they been doing this for over a year. They are tell you they close at 5 but leave from any time from 12 to 4 yet charge for late fee?? For their employees not doing their job.

Some items got stolen from my storage unit. The management didn't step up, all they did was give us a free month's rent. The losses were way more than just a free month's rent. If you're cool with risking your valuables, come and store your stuff here.
