I highly, highly recommend Houston Upholstry! Marie and her team were so professional, kind, and responsive throughout the whole process! I needed two cushions re-stuffed and they did a beautiful job. There was an error in the re-stuffing and Marie went above and beyond to correct it and she did this very quickly. I could not have asked for better communication and response!! The final project is absolutely beautiful and perfect! I will always use this business!

We trusted Marie and Houston Upholstery & Design with restoring & recovering 2 vintage family heirloom chairs. Marie spent a great deal of time to help us find just the right fabric and the chairs turned out gorgeous, even better than we had hoped. Their delivery guys are really nice, so respectful and arrive on time!Thanks Marie for giving our sentimental chairs new life!

Marie and crew are amazing. We had a very hard to fit space in our house and nobody was able to make a sectional work. But Marie and team had no problem. They came to our house and measured, brought the frames over to assure a perfect fit, sent pics along the way as they were being covered and make a perfect delivery. We could not be happier. We ended up liking her so much that we ordered multiple additional pieces and will go back again for any upholstery or furniture need we have. 6 stars!

Houston Upholstery and Marie Dang are a wonderful "find". I have an antique settee that needed re-upholstering. Houston Upholstery has a large selection of fabrics and Marie's friendly and professional advice took the stress out of making that decision. The finished product is lovely and the workmanship is top notch, very finely done. I highly recommend Houston Upholstery.

I had a nasty, 25 yr old couch with slight fire damage that should have been thrown out. I loved it though and could not let it go. Houston Upholstery & Design came to the rescue. The reupholstry and repairs they performed resurrected it and it's now essentially a brand-new couch. Thanks UPD for the awesome work.

Marie and Houston Upholstery are amazing. I was looking for a very specific color and texture for an outside bench and two chairs. Marie did not have the exact fabric that I wanted, so she looked everywhere to source options. In the end she found the perfect material! She's friendly and a great communicator. Marie was wonderful to work with. She helped me select fabric for an upholstered bed that they custom built. She was responsive and very professional. The bed is beautiful and exactly as ordered. The completion time was also way ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for custom furniture/upholstery!

Houston Upholstery & Design did an excellent job with our sofa and loveseat! I was nervous about making changes to my husband's favorite sofa in the house, but Marie's work was perfect! Our sofa was new-ish with some contemporary touches that I did not like. In addition to changing the fabric, we added a waterfall skirt, new tape trim, and removed some brass nailheads. Marie was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I look forward to more projects!

When her business was new (and presumably because she needed business), I happened in and inquired about fabric cleaning. She orchestrated it all and did a bang up job. However, an issue arose and she refused to help me or even stand behind her work. She was of course more than happy to quote me on new upholstery! Nice, polite person...but my business goes elsewhere. BEWARE.
