This is the best storage facility in Houston I've been there going on 3 years and never had issues the space is large and affordable the owner is very attentive and very helpful their security guards on staff and available 24/7 great place if you're looking for a storage area.

Do not be fooled to think that your property will be safe. Trailers are frequently stolen and the owners do not do anything to prevent theft. The cameras are mere decoration and do not deter thefts. If you value your property, find a place that actually takes security seriously.

I moved my businesses to this location and went virtual. One of the smartest things I’ve ever done. I also have multiple storage units. Dr. Fu, the owner, has been very accommodating. Great location and great price!!!

Very efficient and honest. Was mistakenly overcharged and the evening employee caught the mistake and corrected it. Made sure I recieved the money back. Great service.

HP = halfprice storage, and still top notch service. The owner and manager are professional individuals who take their business very seriously and provide great storage facilities at competitive prices. Highly recommended if you need to store anything for an extended period.

Superbly helpful and responsive staff and useful location not too far from IAH. These folk went out of their way to help us store a car for several weeks in a container - and even helped us charge up the car battery on our return. They were in the process of setting up this storage facility at the time, so were not fully functional - hence 4 rather than 5 stars overall. Many thanks for great customer service.
