**Best H&R Block Experience Ever – 1919 Taylor St, Houston TX**
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at this H&R Block location! I was lucky enough to be helped by *Gertrude Guinness*, and she was absolutely incredible. I came in with some complicated tax issues that had been stressing me out, but Gertrude knew exactly what to do. She walked me through everything step by step, kept me calm, and made the whole process smooth and surprisingly fast. I’ve never had my taxes done this easily before!
She even squeezed me in between appointments just to make sure I met the April 15th deadline—who does that anymore?! Gertrude is a true professional with a warm, caring attitude that made all the difference.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to the two kind and attentive ladies at the front desk. They greeted me with smiles, checked on me multiple times, and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in.
This office is full of incredible women who clearly care about helping people. I will absolutely be coming back every tax season. This is hands down the BEST H&R Block location in Houston. Thank you all so much!

I have spent a year back and forth with both the IRS and H&R Block to try to find out why my tax return is still being held up. I finally discovered this month that H&R Block wrongly included a tax document from the previous year and forgot a required document for that filing year. At this point I am filing an amended return with the IRS myself and trying to get a refund from H&R but they keep introducing new hoops to jump through to make getting a refund as difficult as possible. I still have no idea when any of this will be sorted.

It was great! I have been using h & r block for over 20 years! I haven't had a problem with them! They are always very friendly, very professional, always ask me if I have any questions or concerns! They go over all my documents ,Checks all my deductibles! If I wasn't sure of h & r block I would not useThem! I work to hard to long to waste my time & money!!!
