The lady who processed our tax return input information about our stimulus in the wrong place on our paper work which delayed us receiving our return. We filed feb 2021 and just received our refund today. It's not fair that they still got paid off of our refund when we've been through so much trouble just to get what was owed to us. She spent the whole time talking and I was under the impression that she was adequate to do her job seeing how comfortably she was moving through the app and advising on the process. Had I known she was going to mess up our paperwork I wouldn't have conversed unless it was about the information needed to file our taxes so she could focus. But even then that's no reason to mess up our taxes. We were better off filing on our own, that way if there would have been a mistake made it would possibly be our own fault and not a so-called tax professional. No one reached out from H&R block with an apology or anything.
