Went in I said I file online normally and said I think I messed up. Clearly meaning I want to file. When I stated that the two ladies behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid. Reworded what I just said with an attitude. Would 100 percent not recommend.

Your prices are ridiculous. You charged like $290 for help on a schedule C. That makes no sense.

You had 2 systems when your rep Paul prepared my brothers taxes (who I brought with me, your welcome) and my taxes at the same exact appointment. My brothers was apparently filed correctly, not mine. At least that was the excuse given to me for the mistake (2 systems). I called to check in on my return after 20 days not receiving my return, they could not even find me in the system...Waited for a call back after a call back was promised to me....No call back from Paul. I called back the next day someone helped me and explained there was a mistake made on H&R block side and I had to refile again...after 20 days delay...Now I have to wait another 20 days or MORE...They wouldn't even waive the little $40.00 fees which I didn't push at at all. But the rep that actually helped me was on my side and knew I should of at least not had to pay that for the inconvenience. My bother and I walked Paul through his computer illiteracy and still one of ours was messed up. We wont be back ever!

I had a lot of unusual tax issues for 2020. Contract work, home office, w-2 income, unemployment, etc. When I tried to figure it out on my own, I was going to owe the IRS a huge sum. Kavyashree knew what she was doing. She asked questions, made me think about expenses, etc. I left there with a refund coming my way. It's a huge relief.

Our preparer was professional but, more importantly, fun to work with. No one likes dealing with tax filing, but he actually made the experience enjoyable. You cannot do better than this gentlemen. His name is Joseph K Saah. Keep up the great hiring practice!-BnL .....also, the lady up front who checked us in was awesome as well, very sweet lady!-BnL

My husband and I took an appointment and came in. We weren't attended to until over an hour later than our actual appointment time. A lot of time wasted. I wouldn't recommend to visit this office at all. Taking appointment does not mean anything. Very disappointing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Usually I use Turbo Tax but decided to file it through H&R Block. Mr. Paul S. was my agent. He was not informative nor helpful. He was also argumentative with me. It turned out I am an Independent Contractor and have to file under Schedule C. This is not under a 1099. As a client, why did I have to argue and get this information out of Mr. Paul? I have zero knowledge what to do in filing my taxes. The whole point was going to a tax company, and have an agent further assist you, right? This was not the case. It is your job to thoroughly and also patiently help me file my taxes the correct way. Especially when I want to finance a home in the future. He also said it will be $300 filing my taxes under Schedule C. He later handed a flyer which provided prices and rates. Schedule C with an employee started at $160. Once he saw that, he didn't realize the prices and rates changed. I work for myself with zero employees working for me. So where is the $300 coming from? I told him I do not feel comfortable filing my taxes. He relieved me. I collected my paperwork and told him I'm going to call corporate to file a complaint. His respond was "Good luck with that". I left there extremely upset. I am providing a stranger with personal information, and trying to reach out for help filing my taxes. Instead, I had someone mistreat me. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
