I did the 6 week kickboxing challenge. I had a blast! They really push you to be your best. During the challenge, they give you a meal plan to stick to in order to lose weight and build muscle. I recently completed the 6 week challenge and it propelled me to a new level of fitness and healthy eating. The community and staff are welcoming, and encouraging. I didn't meet my 6 week challenge goal, but I made significant progress toward it because of the accountability the coaches provide.

This place was great. I lost 29 pounds on the 6 weeks challenge. Coach Faith and Kris were the best. I would've never met my goals without them. I also liked the groups in my classes. Fun classes very motivating.
