They would rather make you sign up for an account, than help make sure you’re safe and leave with a check.They also fought me for three years on getting my deceased father’s stuff back. I had every kind of proof there was to show it belonged to me, and they made me file $800 worth of documents just to get them to hand my stuff over. Didn’t work with me AT ALL.You can easily find a better bank. Anyone but IBC. (:

I am extremely frustrated with Ibc. you call their office (the number to the local office) only to be told they're transferring you to the customer service line but there's no way to call customer service directly. The wait is always at least 5 min. Their hours are from 8:30-5:30 so if you work 8-6 then you're not able to talk to anyone. If the operator transfers you to an associate, the phone rings for 1 minute and no one answers. Most office are closed on Saturdays so you can't go on weekends. I deposited a check on Tuesday and was told that it would be posted today and it's not posted yet. I am traveling out of the country tomorrow and have no money because they haven't posted the check to my account. It's obvious that IBC does not care about their customers because they do not offer support outside of banking hours.

Just want to say Thank you so much to Ms Quynne Sharpe...so very honest and caring...made a deposit in night slot without form..she promptly put in safe with her initials on it knowing someone would call...Thank you so much for being so honest. You deserve a raise and such high praise from management...great team

I ask how to open an account ,the teller answer me,just let me your drivers license ,ss .I show the DL and then she says ,"oh you have limited DL and after she says,do you have USA passport? I say no.she say you can't open an account.this the most rude customer service.

To only have 3 tellers on a Saturday is ridiculous!!! I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru with only one other customer in line. This continues to be a problem!!!

Customer service is always so slow. Never enough people to help. I always have a problem with this bank. Wouldn’t recommend it here.

Anytime I go to this location.all employees were nice except the old lady.she is Vietnam ese.( don’t remember her name) always tried to argue with me without fixing my problems.she doesn’t know to treat people.very bad manners
