if i could give less than one stars i would!!!! i’ve worked in customer service all my life and they have terrible customer service. what happened to catering to the customer? especially when i’m trusting them with my hard earned money. i can’t speak for everyone, but the few employees that helped me were incompetent and racist! i had to literally do everything just for them to give me my funds even threatened to have security called on me. the ladies helping me out were super passive aggressive and then were shocked when i gave them a taste of their own medicine. will be finding another company to bank with asap!!! we work hard for our money and we should be able to have funds available to us.

I am extremely frustrated with Ibc. you call their office (the number to the local office) only to be told they're transferring you to the customer service line but there's no way to call customer service directly. The wait is always at least 5 min. Their hours are from 8:30-5:30 so if you work 8-6 then you're not able to talk to anyone. If the operator transfers you to an associate, the phone rings for 1 minute and no one answers. Most office are closed on Saturdays so you can't go on weekends. I deposited a check on Tuesday and was told that it would be posted today and it's not posted yet. I am traveling out of the country tomorrow and have no money because they haven't posted the check to my account. It's obvious that IBC does not care about their customers because they do not offer support outside of banking hours.

Disorganized, dishonest, liars, scams galore. This is not a trustworthy business. I would not know where to begin to write out all the problems I've had with IBC over the last year. But my full complaints will be sent to the State's Attorney, FDIC, BBB, and more. For the sake of time, just please do yourself a favor and consider anyone else. Don't trust these scammers and liars.

This bank is terrible. They invited me over for a second interview and told me that they will not hire me because I am overqualified, since I have a bachelor of science degree. My resume was attached to my application, which clearly stated that I have a degree. This bank wasted my time and money. Why bring someone in for a second interview if that is the case. Do not apply here if you have a bachelor's degree or intend to get a master's degree. Some of the interviewers feel threatened by anyone with a bachelor's or master's degree.

Walked in to make a deposit, myself and other customers stood there in line one tiller sat there with next window placard one working by herself the other gossiping with her girlfriend why customers waited, left I won't be back there again

This Kirby location is a joke. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They are dishonest about their checking accounts and deduct service charges never discussed. The first employees you see are not friendly and very close to being just plain rude. I have been a customer for many years( my bad). Finally have had it with rude people so I closed my account. If you open an account here expect rude service and dishonest information. Many choices in the area where you are welcomed with a smile and professional service.

Worst bank ever. Lots of dinosaurs working without knowing about new banking system! All tellers are new kids with no experience and its always waste of time to go there!

They say that you can't get rid of a Ouija board once you get one. I'd say that an IBC bank account is probably one of the closest things to a Ouija board that one can get without worrying about disturbing the supernatural. This banking corporation is the bane of my existence. Besides being unreachable most of the day via phone, the hours on the weekend are d**** I came on a Saturday (finally having time to deal with this nonsense) with hopes of closing my account. There was a teller at the branch, but ONLY for drive through. Why bother opening when a drive thru teller can be replaced by an ATM?? It's better served to have someone who's able to open and close accounts than have a person there whose job has mostly been replaced by a machine. -_-
