They don't even deserve a review. My partner went to open an account and she said no just because his licence was due for renewal in a month. On top of that she started asking weird questions like the amt of money we have, exact numbers in savings, checkings, cash etc. On top of that she simply judged me saying that they want customer who will stay long time. Well when did I say I am wasting my time to go to a bank and open an account to not be a long time customer. With this type of behavior, definitely no one is staying with you.This place is a joke. Moreover if that's needed why don't you put a clause saying you cannot leave us until xx years. It's discrimination based of of race, being rich and she even openly asked my networth. She mentioned they need to know my networth before even banking with me. Why do I disclose my networth to a person or a bank where I don't even have a relationship with. It was absolutely crazy. She was writing these things down on a paper instead of putting it on their system. It sounds super sketchy. Not sure how protected your information will be with them. Now if they want to be a bank for rich ppl or only cater to specific race or people earning more than a threshold they got to put it in writing. Luckily I did note down the name of the banks manager- Lakika Tyler. Well the banker did check with the manager and the manager gave her a green light to discriminate. So yeah, looks like its the whole bank like that. The bank definitely needs to manage the way their employees treat future customers else they are due for a huge lawsuit.

I would have give ZERO STAR if I could. THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER. The lady said my license expires in more than 1 month so cant open account. Also, Judged me saying we only want customers who stay with us for longggg time. With this type of behavior, definitely no one is staying with you. LOL. Please put those things in writing, This place is a joke.

The worst bank ever! Customer service is formal and unhelpful. The reps are clearly just trying to get rid of you instead of solving your issues. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Lied to me and told me I had to come in person to close my account when I literally made my account online.App does not work AT ALL this bank is a waste of timeFinally got connected to customer service and closed my account over the phone

I went in last week about a minor problem I had with my checking account when I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Aaron Murphy. Mr Murphy showed genuine interest in helping me find a solution and was able to do so. Overall I was impressed with his professionalism and now look forward to getting any issues resolved if any ever occur in the future. Aaron and the staff seemed very pleasant and I know he will always go above and beyond to assist me and anybody else. Thanks again Aaron you rock and are a valuable asset to your bank.

My FAVORITE bank in the world!!!! the staff, Daniel, Raven and Nam are most friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Most patient when I call with a question. The manager, Yolanda, goes above and beyond in personal service and efforts in helping all clients. She has been my banker for years and I'm thrilled to be with her here at Iberia.

Nice location because it is across from my apartment complex. However the manager was rude and unfriendly, and they have high ATM fees. I was thinking of opening a checking account for my business here due to the convenience, however now I will not.
