This restaurant allows guests to sit at tables and loudly play music or other media from their phones as it clashes with the restaurant’s music. The waitress said she can’t ask them to turn it down. But she can ask my table to hold the noise down if we are too noisy for other guests. Never coming here again.

I’m giving the five stars for marisela! Our server was Vincent but it seemed liked Vincent was bothered by us. Every time we would ask him for something he walked away shaking his head. Marisela was cleaning a table next to us and she was so sweet!! She went and got us what we asked for which was just strawberry jam. She was then very attentive of us and sweet. Such a hard working woman!

Don’t go to this IHOP, worst hosts. Hosts are terrible in seating the customers, joining their online waitlist is of no use since the so called host randomly calls any party. They called at least 5 parties which just entered and checked in after us, while we’ve been notified as being 2nd in line for over 15 mins. This is the second instance that the same issue happens and the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this time it was deliberate. Also this makes me think that when kids are given a job that they play like a game rather than being professional in a work environment, the company loses its business.In the past most of the employees were doing a great job, especially the waiters and their manager lady is always very polite and gets the order right. Unfortunately the entrance staff kill the whole experience.

Walked out on the I hop on I 10 HWY But I went to the I hop on Fry Road because I really wanted my breakfast. LOVEd it. Come to this place!!! Staff is awesome! Great service!!!!

I would never recommend this place. The unpleasant attention, specifically the super rude LONG HAIR Innkeeper, rudely and reluctantly served us, everything was a bad response to us, I don't know if he has a problem with Latinos but that type of person greatly harms the place. And just as he was rude to us, he also did it to other tables. It was my first time to the place with my family and I left that place angry and disappointed. Unfortunately there was no one I could talk to. But I recommend to the owner or manager of the place that he should not have employees of that magnitude because it makes the place look very bad and just like me, the other customers who were there today will have the same opinion. There are many people with good manners and a great desire to work who can contribute positively to your business.. But these types of people LIKE THAT LONG-HAIRED INSTAPERANT do not contribute anything good to your establishment. And if this person stays in that position, I can assure you that no one will recommend him because he is a rude, unpleasant person who obviously does not like his job.

An Unpleasant Experience I Hope to Never RepeatMy visit to this establishment was anything but pleasant, marked by service that left much to be desired from a waiter, whose name I did not catch, but whose attitude is impossible to forget. This man, with long hair, stood out for his rudeness and lack of professionalism from the moment we sat down at the table.From the beginning, his attitude was indifferent and rude. When asked questions about the menu, his responses were terse and delivered in a tone that bordered on hostile. Not only that, but he also showed a noticeable lack of patience, sighing and rolling his eyes at simple requests, such as asking for menu recommendations or additional utensils.What surprised me most was his evident lack of interest in providing quality service. On more than one occasion, we had to repeatedly get his attention to place an order or ask for the bill. The wait was excessively long, and when he finally brought what had been requested, he did so carelessly, even spilling a bit of drink when placing it on the table without offering an apology.I'm not sure if his behavior was the result of a bad day or if it's his usual way of treating customers, but one thing is certain: no diner deserves to be treated in such a manner. A restaurant is not just about the food it offers but also about the experience and service it provides. Unfortunately, the attitude of this waiter not only ruined our dining experience but also tarnished the reputation of the establishment.I sincerely hope that management takes note of this incident and takes the necessary steps to ensure that all staff members understand the importance of respectful and professional customer service. Meanwhile, I will be forced to reconsider future visits and share my experience with others so they can be forewarned.

We headed out for a family dinner on 02/04 at 6:45 pm, but our night took a turn for the worse due to the consistently rude attitude of our server right from the start. At first, I thought it could be a misunderstanding. Sadly, the server's ongoing unfriendly demeanor throughout the evening really put a damper on our meal, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and hard to enjoy.

"My visit to IHOP on 02/04/24 was an extremely disappointing experience. Upon my arrival around 7 pm, I was greeted by a long-haired waiter whose rude attitude and lack of manners completely overshadowed any chance of enjoying my dinner. His apathy and lack of interest were evident from the moment he served us, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.In addition to the waiter's attitude, the overall service left much to be desired. We experienced long wait times, poorly prepared dishes, and a general lack of attention from the staff. This lack of professionalism and customer service was undoubtedly a downside to our visit.As for the ambiance, I was also dissatisfied. The restaurant seemed neglected and not very clean, which added to our discomfort throughout the evening. This lack of upkeep and cleanliness, combined with poor service, created a very unpleasant overall experience.I hope that IHOP's management takes steps to address these issues, as the lack of quality in service and staff attitude is damaging the restaurant's reputation. Amazing experience. When we arrived we were seated promptly. Our waitress was was so attentive and kind. I believe her name was Loanna. The food was served hot and it was so good. I got some work done using their wifi… it was surprisingly fast. I will consider this my new spot for getting work done while enjoying breakfast etc. Over all I am satisfied and happy I didn’t let the bad reviews deter me from stopping by. I will be back.
