Sweatshirts came out so good! Quality is excellent and thicker than expected. Large order that was correct the first time. Easy to order with updates along the way. My crew was thankful and impressed with quality of hoodie and artwork.

Company to avoid !!!!! I’m a business owner I ordered 100 items with a yellow print online I received GREEN IMPRINT (83 / 100) !!!! I called 4 times their customer service a waste of time I asked to the manager to call me back ….. NO CALLS !!! “ They said to me me we cannot match the exact color that you ordered”
They offered me to refund me 20% are they r kidding me !
There is a difference between YELLOW and GREEN ! No ?
So I going to contact my bank to file a complaint and also BBB ( better bureau business) and on google review.
BE AWARE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDER TO A SERIOUS COMPANY. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered a 2' X 4' Show Table cloth with my logo. I received a 4' at least 8' table cloth (maybe longer)w my logo. I called customer service and they (Customer Service) were absolutely the most inept people that I've ever experienced in my 50 years of business. They argued with me on what I received. We will see what they intend to do to make it right. Nothing personal, just inept. I hope they try to make it right. I have pics and documentation. If they make it right, I'll retract my complaint.

Beware of shipping extortion. Unless you pay an extra $45-$60 rush fee (even for a single t-shirt and even if you don't need a rush order), your order will be held for weeks. When you call to check on it, they will tell you they can't guarantee the order unless you pay an extra fee. Their FAQ says orders are usually delivered in 2 weeks, but 2 weeks after I signed off on the artwork, my order hasn't even been printed and the estimated delivery date was today. I ordered on Dec 3rd and didn't need it until Dec 24th, so I saw no need to pay an extra $45 for one shirt to get it by the 9th, when standard shipping was supposed to arrive by the 17-19th. They say they can't guarantee due to delays caused by the customer or incomplete payments, etc., but I had no delays. I should note that I have ordered from this company 3 times in the past and have previously paid the rush fee and it arrived within 1-2 days later than rush fee guaranteed. The order quality was very good, though; Otherwise, I would have given only 1 star.

Products turn out as expected and shipping time was great, however customer service, if they make a mistake, is terrible. I ordered personalized sweatshirts for all of our employees, they sent a duplicate of one name and missed someone else's name. Instead of immediately printing/sending the missing sweatshirt they made me send several photos of the all the sweatshirts and all the shipping labels, then followed up (once I had proven they made a mistake) saying they would only send the missing item once I sent back the duplicate, overall looking like it will take several weeks to get my missing item. We spent $$$$ on the order, they should have immediately starting printing the missing item when I first contacted them.

The t-shirts were fine. They sent me a shipped email aon 11/27 and then a week later, they said I needed to ok the artwork? I needed these shirts for an event and because of their loosing track of my order i had to pay an extra $230.00 to get them shipped to me overnight. If they had shipped when they sent the shipped email, they would have gotten here in plenty of time. I think they should cover the extra shipping costs but they wont.
Ordered some cheep backpacks for the same event. Shipped email on 11/27. USPS site says they received it on 12/2. Didn't make it in time and they wont refund the order. It's not the $$$--It was maybe $150.00 max, but they messed up again and my order was delivered 3 days after the 12/6 estimated date. "estimated but not guaranteed".
This was an event for foster youth and I was very clear about the dates via email and chat.
I have had 3 tickets opened and closed. Not worth my time anymore.
Anyone want a green drawstring backpack?

Placed an order on 11-22-2024. After over a dozen emails back and forth being told lie after lie and about 10 phone calls with the same issue of getting a run around, my item that was supposed to be here on the 3rd still isn't here. Was given 3 bad tracking numbers. Worse company ever.

I rarely write a negative review but I am very disappointed. I ordered (2) 18x24 congregated plastic signs from the company due to the amazing pricing. However, as the saying goes you get what you pay for. The signs took over a week to process and ship and when they arrived I noticed they were much thinner than ones I ordered from another company (you could see the logo from the opposite side) and when placed into the sign holder they were too small and fell right out.
If you don't mind the longer wait and plan to use H- stakes and print one sided this would be a great value if not I would be cautious. Order IMA2466A4895

If you buy anything from this site you basically have to do rush shipping or you won't see your stuff for 4-5 business weeks even though they tell you 14 business days for standard shipping.

This company uses delay tactics to get you to pay for expedited shipping. Giving you a Estimated Delivery Date then the day comes and goes and you still have no product and it's sitting in a "On Hold" status. this whole website is a scam

Ordered 2 color logo print. And they were holding my order for weeks while kept telling me to use one color . I have printed that many times before but these guys for some reason did not want to fulfil my order. Ended canceling without explanation . Very unproffesional!

The products are fine but be prepared for extremely long production times with very little communication. You would think that ordering screen printed tees more than 5 weeks ahead of when you need them would be enough time, but you would be wrong. They claim their production time is quick just to reel you in and make you pay extra fees for expediting production and shipping. Order # IMA283B7C953

The product print quality is inconsistent and customer service will do nothing to help resolve the issue. I guess you get what you pay for.... you're better off paying a little more and working with a local print shop that will stand by their print quality.
