In Flight Running is a Houston Texas based run coaching and training program. We offer group training programs, 1 on 1 run coaching and strength training sessions, online run coaching, running consultations and video gait analysis. Group programs include weekly Tuesday interval workouts (track and hill training), Saturday long runs and Sunday trail running runs. In Flight welcomes runners of all paces and skill levels. Solid running group. Coach provides support throughout the year, no matter what race you plan on completing. Weekly tips with support videos and QA sessions monthly outside of planned running sessions. Coach’s passion for the sport shines through at every run, meet up and video.
