I was searching for a private mailbox where I could also receive packages at. I had called and visited several places and when I went in they would tell me oh well “you need give an estimate of how many packages and amount of mail you think you will have” then they would not give me straight answers on pricing etc- basically try to scam me… I tried setting up a “package box” at USPS and that was awful the website crashed plus you had to choose what size box you wanted without knowing how big or small things you were going to have sent in the future would be. So when I called In-n-out shipping and found out the prices and details I was glad and drove over with the right documents and it has been great. The owner and staff are nice.

Not only does this location provide an array of shipping services, they are excellent on advising customers of the best ways to ship, do returns etc. They assisted me in avoiding large shipping charges for a return item to a shady internet vendor. I appreciated their honesty and integrity.

They don’t understand that people move & don’t update their information!I was overpriced on stamps & didn’t pay what the forever stamps were worth, they overcharged me, therefore I don’t go back.

This place is super convenient, Mr. Ashish is a great host and always makes you feel welcomed, they sell boxes too at a great price so it's hard to go anywhere but here! Mr Ashish is always quick to help you with whatever you need, really glad I found this place
