Been with them since 2009..... they've gone through multiple name changes but I've always had a good experience. When there's an issue they've quickly resolved it. Always nice. I've only gone through drive-thru or spoke with them on the phone. Haven't been inside since I started my account. If I had a complaint it would be the hours that they are open

Horrific. After 5 years using a large line of credit for my small business, never reaching the credit limit, never missing a payment, Independent Bank simply decides not to renew it, despite having sufficient cash in my personal account to cover the line at the time. No reason given.Worse still, during Covid, a banker I'd only spoken with once at Third Coast Bank worked 3 straight weekends to get us a PPP loan/grant. And what did I hear from Independent Bank who was sitting on a huge amount of my cash? Crickets. Integrity Bank was great, but Independent ruined it. Shop Elsewhere.

This lady at the drive thru is the rudest! I hope her day gets better..... bank with no customer service. Nicest location is in Katy.... and it’s definitely worth the drive!!

After meeting with the banker we started the processing of our loan with Diane Watson. She, didn't return our calls, didn't return most of our emails, and didn't give us the information we requested. If it wasn't for Hazem, the banker, we would not continue to do business with this bank.
