Love, love, love the new owners and inventory they offer. The sisters and staff are helpful and gracious. The monograms are beautiful and the service is quick. I would recommend this store to everyone!!

They handled a situation with my daughter yesterday beautifully. As a fellow business owner we make micro decisions everyday that make up what the business stands for. They will have all my monograming business and my referrals to friends.

I have had several things monogrammed here and have absolutely loved the outcome. They are professional and well priced! I absolutely love their selection of gifts, from baby and kids items to jewelry and men's gifts. Couldn't ask for more, plus management who took over last spring are amazing! They are willing to work with you on whatever you need.

Excellent customer service! Ms. Brittany went out of her way to help our little girls their back packs. Cute store with great, reasonably priced stuff.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden away gift shop.I read some of the reviews and can understand why people had some struggles. However, they were nothing but pleasant when I entered. They asked several times to help me and even came over to show me some cute holiday items. The store had tons of fun , entertaining items for Christmas and other holidays .The store was more spacious than what was seen outside. Parking was easy and plentiful. PLUS , IT is next to 1 of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants, so I will probably come back when in the area.

I must say in all the years that I have been a patron to this business, I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I have today! Specifically by the owner! I do want to state that ROSIE (lead embroider) is by far a godsend and is very helpful, passionate, patient, and caring. She really takes pride in her work and delivers exceptional customer service. I have been sending items to this shop for years (which the owner made clear she doesn't believe) but every year I drive across town (30mins +) to have various items embroidered. I have encouraged friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.I must say that today, I asked if i could give some feedback around my dissatisfaction with the customer service, specifically with the owner. I was met with immediate disinterest, negative body language, and all around disrespect. Instead of listening, she disregarded my feedback! She made it very clear that she did not know me and therefore couldn't have possibly been rude... I explained that my mother was in the shop 2-3 weeks prior and was treated the same and she stated "that is far from the truth because I don't even know your mother"... At this point, I politely thanked Rosie and left the store. 20minutes later I get a call from the shop and the owner explained basically that I was no longer welcomed as a customer, that I was in turn rude and that she would suggest I take my business elsewhere. After I patiently waited for her to finish, I began to share my thoughts and was abruptly interrupted and then was told "I no longer want to hear what you have say" and she hung up in my face!Long story short, if you want to do business with an owner that feels privileged and disregards the feedback from paying customers, then this it!! I found her to be very unprofessional as well as disrespectful in how she not only addressed me but acknowledging her short comings. l do wish ROSIE all the best, I highly doubt that she is respected and valued because its very obvious that this owner is only concerned with herself! There are plenty of great businesses in the area that will treat you with respect and like family; purpose of a small business!! I have never once asked for a discount, unpaid services, or a handout! I have always treated the owner (even when she wasn't nice to me) with respect and I must say that in these times you have to wonder the undertone or reasons for the treatment.

I needed a onesie monogrammed in a short amount of time and the ladies at initial gifts & monogramming were not only able to complete the job on short notice, but did an excellent job with the monogram! Great customer service and overall experience! I will definitely be back soon?

I am very disappointed in this place. I came in and brought a beautiful purse to get monogrammed. I specifically asked two sales associates if it is OK to monogram on the specific material and paint on the purse, and they both said yes. I later came to pick it up and there was a tear in the purse (the purse was brand new) and the paint. When I asked them what happened they shrugged it off and did not give me an answer. I then finally got a hold of the owner and she was extremely rude and defensive about the monogramming. She told me it was not her problem and that I needed to call the company that I got the purse from, even though they had nothing to do with it. Most places would offer something in return for damaging a brand new purse, but clearly they do not care about customer satisfaction.

My mom and I were sitting outside today at empire for lunch. A man in a white truck pulled up and parked in a PARKING SPOT in front of her store. The parking lot was pretty empty as it was, The owner of initials then came out of her store went to his driver side window and talked to him through the glass she said “how long are you going to be here?” I believe he said not long or something along those lines. She then replied with “well I need you to move or leave because you are blocking my business” the man then moved (he shouldn’t have) we believe the man was of color as well. she closed at 6 and this was around 5:45 this evening. She went back inside then 15 min later she walked back out with her coworker said bye and went to their cars and left. She was parked in front of empire “blocking” their business.Onto another experience my mom and I had here, my mom and I went inside to see if they could change a word on her jacket to a different one and the owner looked at the jacket, looked at my mom and said “uh did we do this?” And my mom told her no so she then replied with “then no there’s no way we can do it thanks bye”

Ever since this place was taken over by the new owner, it has sucked. They're rude, they don't care what the work looks like and the apron I had embroidered there turned out awful. Go to the monogram shop on San Felipe instead

Sadly disappointed. A friend introduced me to this shop to buy a monogrammed purse for my daughter for Christmas, just like hers which she bought there earlier this year. We picked the purse and showed the sales lady my friend’s purse and the side we wanted the monogram-on the flat side, not the side with the zipper. Even after responding to a text with a picture as to where we wanted the initials, they monogrammed my daughter’s purse on the zipper side. To make matters worse, they were incredibly rude and refused to replace or reimburse. They argued that they simply went by what was written on the order form, which was written by their sales person, and completed right in front of us. Clearly their mistake. Outrageous! Awful customer service. And sadly, my daughter won’t have her purse for Christmas. Never again.
