Had the pleasure of driving over to Insurance Empire on Westheimer and was blown away in the ease of reregistering my car after having a lengthy stretch of having my car unregistered.Katherine was informative and resourceful in answering all my questions and finalizing the registration. Anyone interested in saving time and patience from having to go through the Harris County Tax Collector then Empire is a great alternative.

Extremely incompetent and rude people to work with. Kept on correcting me about an agency and company when I just needed information. Absolutely useless company. Do not go to them! **** in lieu of the reply: I will absolutely not give you another chance. You have workers that do not care about their job and do not care about customer service. Don't try to contact me, but talk to your agent that I called at 9 am may 1st. But oh wait they didn't even ask for my name. Good luck with your horrible business practices.
