My husband bought me the most stunning marquee diamond stone ring and band for our anniversary! The quality of the center stone and the diamonds in the pave setting were beyond what we could have imagined, especially for the price! The service was excellent and owner/jeweler was kind and knowledgeable! We will be sad to see them close … get in right away!!

My husband wanted to give me something special for my milestone birthday. I found a very beautiful unique diamond baguette ring at Intercontinental. The service and attention received were impeccable, especially considering they are closing their doors. Couldn't be happier with Suzanne and her staff. We got our wedding rings about 5 years ago for my wife and I. They treated us like family then and we've gotten many more pieces of gorgeous jewelry over the years from them. Besides their outstanding customer service and demeanor, they have fantastic prices. Upon conducting research on custom rings and jewelers in Houston, I stumbled upon Inter-Continental Jewelers. Although I had a clear idea of what I wanted, my visit to the store was a game-changer. Suzanne's expertise and industry experience were evident as she patiently responded to my inquiries. I explored several variations of diamonds and bands, but nothing prepared me for the the final product. Suzanne was phenominal ! I went to so many places to look for rings and I even stopped here 3 times. On the third time I visited I realized Suzanne was the one to make my engangment ring because she never once pressured me into anything she. Every other place tried to show me different rings and styles and I was stuck on one and she helped me design it at a great price. Not only that she not once let me deviate from my initial design. Suzanne assured me if that was the ring that called to me she could make it. The while process was stress free. I cannot recomend this place enough !

Every step of this process has been absolutely amazing!!! The professionalism, the quality, the attention to detail, and the selection of settings were fantastic!!! The quality of diamonds we were able to get in our budget far exceeded our expectations!!! So happy with the final result and I feel so blessed that I get to wear this beautiful ring for the the rest of my life!!!

They were amazing and so helpful. After a dreadful experience with a chain jeweler who lost my own diamonds, Inter-Continental Jewelers came in and saved the day. They made my custom ring in under 2 weeks, and the end product was amazing. Not only are my rings amazing, their prices are extremely competitive and at no point did I feel like I was getting ripped off. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

I have never been to this establishment.I don't know who Suzanne is.I never asked for emails about Suzanne's business.But I am now getting spam emails from suzanne.icjdiamonds@gmai….Suzanne could be the nicest person in the world, but she seemingly buys email lists from shady dealers online and then puts you on an email blast.Hard pass.

Suzanne has been phenomenal through both our experience of buying an engagement ring and then buying our wedding bands. From the first time we came, she told us good questions to ask and what to look for, didn’t pressure us to buy anything and delivered excellent customer service both times! Inter-Continental Jewelers on Richmond has been my place to buy jewelry for the past 15 years. The owner is a lovely person that sells high quality items. If thinking about going here there are a few things to know: 1. You should call as they like their customers to make appointments. 2. There is a security person at the entrance that checks identification. 3. This place is closing in 2-3 months so if you are going go now before it's gone. 4. They do not allow you to take pictures till you buy the items. Which is why I am not posting any pictures with this review. I did not buy anything today as the inventory is already low. They have lots of engagement rings and wedding bands which was not what I was looking for. There is free parking.

My fiancé and I highly recommend working with Suzanne at Inter-Continental Jewelers to design a custom ring. She is extremely knowledgeable, desires the best for her customers, and truly loves what she does. For example, we were initially interested in a slightly larger diamond at a higher cost. However, Suzanne redirected us to a smaller diamond with better color and clarity at a lower cost. Suzanne’s recommendation decreased the cost of our purchase by approx. $1500 and created an engagement ring that visibly sparkles from across the room.Suzanne’s commitment to quality, budget conscientiousness, and customer satisfaction resulted in a creation beyond our wildest dreams. We absolutely love our engagement ring and are beyond pleased!
