It's by appointment only. So call, explain what you need, and set the appointment. In my case I was able to get an appointment the next day and they were ready with the info I needed. The staff inside were very efficient and helpful.

To be honest, these workers and supervisors in the IRS office do not care about you. We had a scheduled meeting with the IRS to pick up a large amount of money and even had a receipt for the meet up, but they have skipped out on us three times already. We had to file a police report towards the IRS, so they can comply with state authorities to finally meet us up after filing a police report… seriously to anyone who has to deal with the IRS to pick up money, and they don’t comply or they are trying skip their meeting with you. File a police report, because then the federal authorities would have to investigate further into the matters, and get these workers on point to do their job right. I’m for the people and want the government do their jobs right!

Was really hard to find parking.It is very hard to determine that the place is in fact the IRS building.And the signs outside the building confused us about the location of the entrance. Many of the signs felt contradictory of the previous signs. We got trying to figure out where to go that we ended up walking completely around the outside of the office building.It was easy enough to get the forms we wanted though and make our way out the way we should of came in though.

Dealing with the public is not easy. The front desk does a great job with balancing directness with friendliness. The IRS, however, needs to do a better job of communicating the specific purposes of the IRS center, how it operates and what taxpayers can and cannot submit at each office.

They do not provide any assistance while the office has no customers waiting, they still say an appointment is needed , no one answer the phone at all , I have been trying to call for the last month to settle my issue unfortunately very bad service in such an government office, it’s not fair to be kept on the phone for hours just to get little information

Horrible service, they are racist and get mad for the most little things, I’ve been waiting for the past two hours to be attended and u have to make an appointment, the Hispanic lady ( I think Martha is her name) is very nice and the ONLY person who actually does her work and help

They will not help you unless you have an appointment. They will give you a paper to fill out for an appointment but NEVER call you as they say they would. It's always bullsht here.

The hispanic man that helped us with our paperwork was very kind and quick. My complaint is from the lightskin tall man from the front. He made a rude comment about my husband saying that he needs to renew his visa because he'll be illegal soon. Legal or illegal status is none of his concern or the IRS', he needs to do better.

Still temporarily closed due to COVID-19 as of 24 September 2020.Whenever they do reopen, show up more than 1 hour before the 9:00 opening time. Otherwise, you will likely not get to see someone before they close.Much to their credit, they do send someone outside to explain that situation when they open at 9 am.
