I wish 0 was an option. I had an appointment today at 9:45, and after checking in, I was acknowledged after walking to the front desk to speak with Ramirez. I ask him when will I be seen. All of the Hispanic people that walked in are being helped. He told me I wasn't being helped because the reps working don't know the answers, but he can help me. HE KNEW WHAT I NEEDED WHEN I CHECKED IN WITH HIM AND SAID NOTHING. I then ask for a manager, and Alfredo De La Rosa comes out. His aura was instantly horrible. He talked over me and kept gaslighting me. Of course, he agrees with Ramirez because their already in cahoots. My thing is if they both knew there was no one to help, why make me wait past my appointment time for the front desk person (Ramirez) to say he's the only one that can help. I even checked in 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. Mind you, the waiting area is empty, but every couple (Hispanic) that walked in received help.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I just left with no help at all. Mr. Beardrick was very rude, i have never had an expierience like this with anyone from the irs. Ive been haveing issues with my taxes since 2019. If your having problems with verifying your identityi deffinately wouldnt come here. The security was very nice and respectful. The worker though, could care less about you or anything else. He looked visually exhausted and his day had just started. I dont care how your morning went dont take your anger out on customers. He also forgot to schedule me a return appointment. When i asked for all my transcripts he acted like it was a problem. If you dont like your job find a new one . There are plenty of hard working idividuals looking for work. Lastly, i spoke with a lady on the phone about everything i would need today never once did she mention that id need my tax RETURN from 5 years ago to verify my identity and that was the only thing he wanted. Just doesnt make since to me. There are ways to be nice when talking to people. He was trying to belittle me and make me feel like it was my fault. When i wasnt told the correct information.

The man that works the front desk picks and chose who He. Let's come in if you don't have an appointment. Someone just came in yesterday without appointment and was able to be seen. I went today and was told unfortunately. I couldn't be seen without an appointment so he definitely picks and chooses who he'll let come in mostly. It's me and good morning.

Very Unprofessional. heavy set hispanic, with prescription glasses. Very Rude. Talked to me w hand gestures and condescending demeanor. He was upset i was willing to wait.. he literally kicked me out because i didn’t have an appointment. I wish i had his name. The gentleman that left to lunch was very polite. Everyone waiting, was asked to leave because we didn’t have an appointment.

I just get off from there with zero help from the desk guy who was the boss of the entire office , it is a shame the representative of the USA governmentHas a really bad attitude ( the security guy Adam was the nicest person in the world) so i rather to pay couple hundred bucks to someone that can help me outside this facility, worst visit to this government facility ever , the worst of this is that he was latino just like us ( my wife was with me ) and he treated us disrespectfully

Not good never contact me I have to look for them don’t recommend at all !!!! I got it for child support they always say there in the right don’t go here !!!! Didn’t even show up to my court date or knew I had court that day smh

They don't answer the phone or they transfer the line to say they can't help it this time I've been calling everyday for help and get absolutely no where!!!!+ Why can't they just answer the phone,!!!!

I need help on my with info from tax return.They won’t answer the phone to set up an appointment and I can’t get my info online.Four days of calling several times a day and they hang up saying “there are too many calls online”. Morning noon and evening four days now. It won’t even let me wait on hold to get in line or like anyone that actually cares for their customers they don’t take a call back number or let me set up and appointment online.Also you can’t walk in to set up and appointment. You are sent away at the door and told to call.Horrible.

Absolutely the worst "government" agency to call.They have reps who answer but can't assist and they transfer you to a deadline that always drops the call.Ridiculous. One would think with all the money they steal from us they could afford people to assist them with stealing it.Horrible.

They won't help or even try to explain how you can help them help you.....unless your Hispanic
