They don't even deserve a star. This place was recommended by someone I know, but I am really disappointed and scammed. International Used Auto Parts at 9729 Jensen Dr. 77093 are scammers. I purchased an engine for my Chevy in November 2023 and to date they have not gotten me a working engine for my car. The first motor they gave me didn't work, so they gave me another motor, but it didn't work either. Every time I call, they tell me that they don't have another engine available and that they will give it to me as soon as they get it. However, when I call posing as a new customer and ask about an engine, they tell me they do have one. I have also requested a refund and they refuse to give it to me. Now I have my car stopped and with an engine that does not work. I don't recommend this place at all. I have reported them to the Better Bureau and have proceeded with a legal complaint against them.
