“I had planned to do my own federal income tax returns this year (individual and business), but when Tax Day arrived, I realized that I needed more than TurboTax. I needed some professional assistance. I filed for extensions and began looking for help. I called a firm that I had used two years ago, but they were too busy. A Google search gave me a couple of names, including Halloway and Associates. I made an appointment and was in their office the next day with my paperwork. The person that I worked with (Donna) was intelligent, professional, and courteous. Throughout the process, communication was very good. They let me know what additional info they needed from me, and they responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. Their fees were reasonable, and I was very pleased with their work!”
