They moved all of our belongings to their storage facility and in a month, when our new house was ready, they moved everything from their storage to our new home. They were very careful with all of our belongings, they were very friendly and took our wants into consideration. I would definitely recommend them.

It was great experience with Isaac’s moving. They took care of stuff very carefully and delivered on time!

The crew who handled our move was great! Very professional and worked very hard to get our stuff packed up and moved. We had one issue with the estimate - we said we would do some of the packing ourselves but didn’t get as much done as we hoped. So the actual cost turned out to be a lot more than the estimate (almost double). The company was very good about adapting to the increased need of additional guys and another truck. Some advise for your move: if you are thinking of doing some of the packing yourself, just don’t mention it and let the company quote for the full packing price. It’s better to financially prepare for the worse case scenario than get the sticker shock we got. That being said, the guys who came to our house worked very hard and were efficient which was great since they charge by the hour.

Just called for a quote. I found them when I searched for affordable movers. To move my 600 sq foot studio apartment with only 20 boxes, a bed, and a couch was 800 dollar minimum! Then they would charge me 89 dollars for each hour after the 2.5 hour minimum. This is extortion. I am originally from Chicago and movers never costed that much back home. I guess Houston is now more expensive than NYC, San Fran, and Chicago. Can you imagine how much it would cost to move a house (ie more than 20 boxes)? If you are looking for affordable movers; seek elsewhere. Yikes.

I needed moving and storage services in the Woodlands and Isaacs Moving was among the recommendations I got, and they had the lower quote from the three company’s I was looking. The staff was always very nice and the mover crew work really hard and professional. I needed to go to storage facility in Houston to get some emergency items and Roman and the workers there where extremely helpful and nice. I think they all do a really good job. The only thing I will recommend is to consider that the initial quote can Increase because of the time it will take them packing and amount of items at the end.

I recently moved from the US to England and I could not be more happy. Isaac Moving & Storage were professional and courteous and they had all their ducks in a row for an international move. Isaac's Moving & Storage came January 30, 2021 packed all my household belongings and put them in their immaculate warehouse for storage until shipping out July 2021. I met the movers they picked out to deliver my household goods to the storage unit here in the UK. These English movers were also professional and courteous. The coordination that had to occur between so many entities globally including customs was amazing. The price point for everything was worth every penny. This was the best decision I have made in years for moving house.

A big thank you to Isaacs Moving and Storage for a 5 star move! I moved my daughter from Boston to Austin Tx. Isaacs picked everything up and helped wrap some of the odd shaped items. They were accurate in their delivery window and really took a lot of the stress out of a potentially stressful move. The delivery was ontime, professional and communicative. I felt the movers were polite, experienced and careful. Thanks Ricardo and Temo in Austin. You guys were great!! It could not have been better.... Read More

WARNING This review contains the truth of a company that has nice personnel on surface level but bad actual workers. The guys packed our stuff in their wardrobe boxes without getting confirmation to use them when we had tons of boxes they could have used. One of the guys told us that if they used a couple of their company logo boxes but removed the stuff from them after we moved we wouldn’t get charged for the use but we never actually said to use use them. My mom was packing in another room still because she’s 65 and has to make up for me, who is severely disabled, and packed until the last minute. I had to sit in the car while everything was happening because of my disability. I couldn’t watch them like a hawk, which I shouldn’t have to do, like I guess I should have been doing. They also took a 1 hour lunch break and charged us for it claiming it was apart of the drive time. It literally took us 45 minutes and we stopped for food and at the bank for cash on our way to the new residence. I forgot to also mention that they had the audacity to claim that our move started when they got to apartment complex which was before the scheduled move time. The apartment complex is not our property the apartment itself is our property. So they ended up using 20 wardrobe boxes (Without permission) ,when we had plenty (20+) of our own they could have used, charging us $20 a box. Do the math. Also they put most of the boxes in one room. So me, who is disabled and can’t lift anything, had to call a friend to help me find my bedding for my bed and will later get the same friend to put my bed on the easy to fold out frame I asked the guy to do for me (which he agreed to do later). Not sure why I got charged an hour of labor for them to travel since they were sitting in a vehicle and it didn’t take one hour. I have been way overcharged for their services and will seek a lawyer for their unprofessional practices and horrible treatment by the head worker and some horrible man from New York named Ron that treated my 65 year old mother with such disrespect when we tried disputing the box charges that weren’t approved. Please go with anyone else. Biggest mistake of my life going with this company. I will be posting this everywhere I can post a review for this mover.Services: Moving-related packing

Had a very good experience with this company. Moved from a one bedroom apartment in City Centre to a house in Katy that was 30 minutes away. Contacted them and spoke with Ethan M. who answered all of my questions and didn’t charge any of these extra fees that you see with other moving companies. My move was relatively quick since I moved most of the boxes myself prior to them coming. All that was left was some heavier furniture and some straggling boxes. I had everything wrapped in moving blankets and also lived on the 4th floor and right next to the freight elevator. Nathan and his crew came and I helped them move everything out to the hallway while they went up and down to load up the truck. Once we reached the house, I helped them unload and that was it. The whole move was done in 2 hours from the moment they arrived at my apartment until the last item was unloaded. Will be recommending them to family and friend who will also be moving in upcoming months.

I recently moved from Houston to Brookshire and used Isaac's. The crew was professional, and courteous. They let me know when they would be arriving so I didn't have to stand outside waiting for them. Once there, the surveyed what was needed and go straight to work. They were careful with the breakables and wrapped everything up as not to damage items. Overall, they did a great job and would use them again. Thank you!
