Whoever in charge of getting the U-Haul’s together needs to read the instructions throughly. Paid $7.00 plus tax for a furniture dolly — didn’t get it in the truck. So I had to go to another location and repay $7.00 plus tax so essentially I’m out of $14.00. Thanks a lot!

Check-in day was severely mishandled by site, regional, and phone center personnel, but they did eventually provide an accomodation for my trouble. Site has had a series of break-ins - you can still see glass on the ground near the door I use for my internal storage - but they've added more door security codes. I pay for an interior climate controlled unit. Particularly on the second floor, you can tell only 2 of the 5 AC units are working. Site mgmt tells me the company is allocating funds for a fix. Once I see progress, I'll reconsider my rating. But that customers are still paying full rate for a barely AC'd unit is regrettable.

If I ever need a storage unit again trust me I will return to iStorage! My storage unit was absolutely clean!!!! When I first arrived Yvette made the process so easy by explaining the prices, rules and regulations, she was very professional! Thank you Yvette for making the process easy!!!!

Staff have been great!!! The problem is renting a storage building with climate control and the A/C doesn't work. It's hotter inside than outside. Have called and nothing has been done. I'm guessing the corporate company doesn't want to pay to fix this location because of the area of town it is in... Paying extra for the climate control and not getting it is very frustrating. I do however like the fact that getting a climate controlled storage building offers an added layer of security by needing a specific password for a specific door to get inside.

Very nice manager .she's present to speak to.. answering my questions ..got me a good deal unlike other storages Ive been to before..she's funny but serious about the rules of the yard ..evan customer service was plesent..except having to repeat some of my info that you think would of been saved from previous contact...besides that the place is clean nobody is walking around or disturbing anyone minding there business but keeping watch...felt safe ..good place to be..

I have been with storage company for some time. I have to say Yvette the manager is awesome!!! She assisted me every step of the way. She is personable, kind and caring. I love istorage! Not only do I love it, this location is beyond great! From the leasing of the unit, to the customer service that I receive! The manager is so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful! Whatever you need help with she’s always willing to help! I will NEVER lease another unit anywhere else.
