Good customer service, location great but the down fall is how unsanitary the building/units are. They have a very bad rat/mice problem and it’s been going on for months and it has gotten worse. I have been here for 2 years and it’s never been this bad. Not to mention during all of this they have increased my rent and haven’t fixed the problem. It’s horrible when you have to look down while you’re walking to avoid the rat/mice feces, I do not recommend this facility to anyone!

I never been past due on rent I always pay 14+ days before my due date and they put a lock on my storage so that I cant get in. Claiming that I’m past due. Very ghetto and this was the finally straw. They already keep raising the rent and where is it going? This will be my last month here
