Outstanding all around. Great communication, turnover time, accuracy and professionalism. Very convenient location. My laptop was overheating and performing poorly. I was not ready for a new computer nor had the time to shop around for a new system. Was also fearful of losing data. Ken replaced the fan, battery and did a thorough cleaning. The laptop works great again. Highly recommended especially if you are not ready for change.

My laptop got a virus and I wasn't able to access my emails, including my work email. Ken got me in that same day and handled the virus, and installed a better antivirus software. He knew exactly what to do, was quick to repair my computer, and was very fair in pricing. I previously had used several different PC repair shops but wasn't happy with them. However, I am very happy with IT Cloud Global and Ken!

Excellent, professional and very competent!!!Great Computer tech in town!!! Ken went above and beyond in fixing my desktop repaired and saved all my data in one place! He upgraded the hard drive, change it to a new case and gave me a very affordable service fee!!! The repair was done quickly !!!I am very thankful!!!

My employer is based in CA and I'm in Atlanta, so when we needed some remote hands on-site, I read these reviews, called ITCG and they were fantastic. They arrived at our office quickly, found the issue, and resolved it within 2 hours. Great folks.

Ken is amazing! My hard drive failed and I thought I lost a very important project that I was working on. Ken really saved me by recovering all my data and replacing the hard drive. He is extremely knowledgable, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me. He came highly recommended and is truly the best! I have recommended him to everyone I know. And he is the only person I will be working with from now on.

Ken is down to earth and fixed my printer at no cost. I tried to give him money, but he said the job was easy to fix. I thank him for his humanity and excellent business acumen...and will take my laptop to his shop soon.

A tech from IT Cloud Global helped me in a dire situation. My 90 year old father in law is still working as an Engineer, but his home work network has been neglected for years.IT Cloud Global came out and sent the time necessary to clean up his network, update antique equipment and clean out all malware and spyware on his computers. He is 90 and set in his ways, it required a LOT of patience as he does not know anything about his network.IT Cloud Global not only fixed everything, but had the patience to work with him to get it all worked out. Then, as a bonus, they spent the time to resolve a Digital Certificate error he was having.I would HIGHLY recommend IT Cloud Global for your IT needs. They are dependable, there when they say and they are competent technicians who will deal with the actual problem and not put fast bandages on it to get you by.

Very happy with price and it only took one day to replace my mac screen. The price was lower then others I contacted and Ken was super easy to communicate with and I felt he had a lot of integrity in his work. Highly recommend for any computer issues. Location was and central to everything as well and easy to find.

Can't say enough good things about this biz. The 6th grader cracked her screen on her three month old Dell laptop, the big box store I'd bought it from gave a quote well over cost of replacement. I shopped around, talked to Ken @ ITCG and he was pragmatic. He laid out cost to repair and cost to source replacement parts. I found another defunct laptop (coincidently also destroyed by the 6th grader when she was in 4th grade) and went to the shop. He was able to fix the new laptop and economically able to repair the older laptop. I have two effectively new serviceable laptops. Can't recommend highly enough and would use again in a minute. EDIT: Took my desktop frankenrig that had a couple of failed components. He gave me options on various areas to restore and then improve performance. I have a brand new, almost current capability desktop for less than an entry level desktop would have cost me.

Took my laptop in on a Saturday around noon. Received a detailed cost analysis of the problem. Got it back the same day. Very professional and upfront with the cost, process and recommendations. Even did some attention to detail items to provide longevity to my laptop. Would highly recommend them.
