They have consistently done fantastic work on items I have brought to them for cleaning, sizing, etc. We even had a price misunderstanding once and they totally took care of me and were beyond fair. Customer service is excellent and they really ensure you are satisfied with their work.

I cannot recommend ITouch diamonds enough. Their work truly speaks for itself. I had a pair of earrings but I lost one the first time I wore them and had the other made into a ring (at a different jewler). I was never happy with the results. My grandmother left me her wedding ring and I had the two combined. I’m extremely happy with the results and attention to detail!

I needed to add links back to a tennis bracelet I've had for almost 30 years, to pass on to our daughter for a special birthday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and because they knew it was for our daughter, they worked on it and had it ready a lot quicker than we expected. The bracelet fits great; it looks beautiful, like new, and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you

I wasn't able to find something for my exact specifications, but the representative was not only kind and knowledgeable but still did everything she could to help. I bought an engagement ring nearly a year ago and had to wait to write the review until I proposed. Finally getting to that. Sandra was great. I sort of knew what I wanted, but I had a hard time describing it. By her asking questions and showing me examples, we were able to design a model. She sent the sketches and asked for feedback. The whole process was easy and affordable. Another good thing is she will work with your price range. She won’t immediately jump to the top of your range. She’ll show you options on the low, mid and high range and even show you stuff lower than your stated range if she thinks you’ll like it.

Bought an engagement ring awhile ago online for my partner and ended up revisiting the idea since their style has change and it would not be an ideal fit since they use their hands a lot. Went to Sandra and got an honest response that I will not get much for this custom engagement ring anywhere I go and so she recommended to repurpose the ring and have the stone removed and filled in and make it into our wedding band. I also played with the idea of wanting a channel set platinum band with 23 pink sapphires for my partner. Sandra ordered some sample stones and the band so I can look over before committing to any purchases since she wanted to make sure the stones were unifor and perfect. I loved the sample stones so Sandra put in the order and it was about a 2 week turn around. When I picked up my partners ring we put in an order for a gold wedding band for me. That was about a week turnaround. Sandra recommended 10k gold instead of 18k and did not try to upsell me on any of my decisions. I love her honesty and the amount of knowledge she had on the gems and rings. We are very happy with the customer service and communication Sandra provided throughout our process. I would recommend a local jeweler like Sandra who will get you exactly what you want rather than a gamble through an online service.
