My mother was very new to the store and while she was helped quite a bit, she was told she could return her item should it not work out. She was not told that it would only be given back as store credit and so she ended up having to purchase overpriced pajamas just to use the credit.

I'm really disappointed in this store. The owner was extremely rude via email. I placed an online order for shoes on February 16th. On February 20th, she emailed me and let me know that the shoes were in storage and there was a delay with shipping. I responded and said "That's fine! Thank you for the heads up!" Then on February 28th (12 days after I placed the order and my card was charged), she let me know that they were unable to fulfill my order and they refunded me, but assured me that more were on their way and she would let me know when they came in. I said that was fine, but I needed them for an event at the end of March, so I asked for confirmation that she could ship in time. She confirmed. On March 18th, she sent me the link to repurchase the shoes. She raised the price from $48 to $55. I asked her to honor the price that I originally paid, and she rudely denied. I asked her for express shipping so I could get these shoes in time for my event the last week of March, and she told me that she would "not be comping the shipping." Today is March 22. Almost a month after I placed the order for shoes, and now she's up-charging me for the shoes AND she isn't going to get them to me in time for my event AND she was incredibly rude about it! I'm also a Houstonian/small business owner, so I really wanted to support her business, but I'm actually appalled at her rudeness.

As a very proud father, they have everything you need and want for your girls. A perfect place to dress as young lady as a young lady, dresses for all ocassions from play to parties!

Beautiful shop! A great selection of children's clothing and tween clothing. Great gift ideas for a baby shower and they do monogramming! The shop owner is so helpful and kind.

Called to get information for the store and was hung up on. Thought it was an accident. Called again and was hung up on again. Pretty sure it was the owner. Rude & terrible customer service.

Really enjoy this boutique. They have a great selection, including shoes. They are very helpful when you need help with a specific outfit for an event, pictures, etc.

Nice selection, but OWNER and staff are extremely rude/mean and do not like kids!! Don’t bring your kids in with you if you don’t wanna be told your a bad mother!!
