I didn't like the service, the lady was cutting my hair and she ran the machine through my eyebrows. She didn't ask me or anything, she just said that and I just asked her for the cut and she charged me for plucking my eyebrows. I won't go again.

I’ve been coming here for years and at first, the customer service was good but now it’s like they don’t even care. Laura wasn’t here today so I ask the next best nail technician to do my nails and she couldn’t give me a direct answer. I don’t understand why it was only one lady in front of me and all the nail technician to say was the lady nails were long and she don’t know very rude and dry and I don’t think I’m ever coming back to them. I feel like they are low-key racist and only except Black people service just because it’s a money issue. I definitely wasn’t coming back after 4 PM just because the owner was busy and even when I called her, she couldn’t even give me a direct answer as to why the other lady could not do my nails. But I guess good customers don’t matter.

This place treated me like crap because I went in to have a color change in my toes not a pedicure, I didn't have a lot of time to get a full pedicure but I feel like even if your only getting a small service that should not dictate how long they make you wait vs someone getting a full pedicure, will not be coming back

the service was nice, but this place is so dirty!!!! I wear shorts a lot especially during summer but this time I sat down in their chairs to do a pedicure and when I got home I discovered hives all over my thighs. Just from walking in, the place has nasty couches for you to sit on, dust and nails on the floor, dust on the armchairs, small dead roaches in between the nail equipment and staff eating near the pedicure equipment. The minute I saw that I wanted to leave but I didn’t want to be rude as they were eager to take me in. The fact that I got hives should tell you this place is unsanitary take you money elsewhere.

I'm only giving two stars because they were nice but they DO NOT know how to do nails. I usually go to KV Nails but they were closed so I settled for the next available salon. I asked the women for a refill & I wanted a white ombré. To begin with she tried to persuade a different design THREE times but I insisted on what I wanted. I then opted to do a solid red color to make it easier. Something simple. I asked for short square nails. Instead I received semi rounded, uneven color application & inconsistent all around nails. I am so disappointed that something so basic couldn't be accomplished. My refill alone was 35? For a set like this? I pre tipped $10 in hopes she would do a decent job. 45 Dollars wasted.

I just left and I am legit crying. Told them tomorrow was my birthday and corrected them on so many mistakes they were making. Only for them to continue making them so I gave up. I’m not confrontational but I’m legit sad.. 88 bucks for literally nothing. I didn’t tell them I was on a time crunch so they could take their time and they rushed it anyways.. Probably my last time coming to what was my favorite spot.
