    Had a great experience shopping here. Dustin was extremely helpful and kept bringing different pant options until we found the perfect fit. He was patient, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. Everyone in the store was super kind and welcoming too. Really appreciate the great customer service!

    This j Crew factory is very organized and the staff is very nice. I live in Baytown and this is the closest location to me. I'm very happy there is more than 2 stores now!
