I saw a pretty jacket on this manequin and Isaw one staff come by and I asked if there was any in stock and then he said there was no more left and, I have to order it online. When I was walking around I saw exactly this jacket with many sizes. It look’s like he does not care about the customers.

I've been a loyal J crew customer for over a decade, but was extremely disappointed in recent experiences. I received a pair of jeans as a gift, but they were too long, so I went in to exchange it for a better fit. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. He stated they sent out notification that returns or exchanges would be cut off at a certain date. I tried to explain to him that this was gifted, so I never received any message about the final date. He simply shrugged and said it wasn't his problem. Really rude
