will NEVER come here again. The first picture is what I asked for and the second what i received. I was very understanding and willing to let them fix it if that was offered until the gentleman told me “ that’s what you asked for next time when we show you one then say something” which I COMPLETELY understand but the first nail looked fine. the issue came when I stated about the clear acrylic when I asked for the picture , after trying to explain this to him he continued to be rude. I paid $42 for a refill and my eyebrows with “5 off “ for the design. Not complaining about paying for the work they did do ,but customer service was trash. COMPLETELY, the man is so rude.

I had an nail emergency where the nail broke my skin I also had a funeral to attend in a couple of hours this isn't my side of town where I stay but I had to find a nail shop in the area that open up at 8am... Several popped up but all lied I drove to several....except this one they were indeed open and ready to get me right in, I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she was a older woman who took care of me and I appreciate them for that accommodation. Thank you very much.

I have been going to this shop for 30 years with the same nail tech Hana even followed her to different shops and refer friends and family. One day SHE was running late and David, the owner called to let her know! I’m not sure what was said but she came in with an attitude with me and after that day refused to do my pedi. This really hurt my feelings because I didn’t do anything to her. I was a loyal customer who was treated unfairly and I don’t appreciate it. I’ll start looking for other shops and don’t recommend Hana anymore because she has a nasty attitude and is not loyal to her customers. In my opinion Hana is evil and miserable in her old age. I

My fave nail salon. Everyone is very friendly and listens well. Tracy is my tech, but Lele, David, Hannah and the rest are more than capable of doing a fantastic job. Btw, I called at the last minute to get in with my spouse, sister and her husband. They all were very accommodating. Thanks y’all!

Very disappointed ☹️ today. I've used this place of business several times in the past and was always satisfied, but for some reason when I walked in with a guest and spoke, we were never acknowledged. However, two other ladies entered the business and was immediately greeted and asked what services they needed. I then stood walked over to Lee Lee and David who were working on one client and stated what service we were requesting and after already sitting there 15 minutes, she stated it would be another 20 minute wait. I don't think So. I left and took my $$ elsewhere and was immediately greeted and $erviced.
