My wife has been taking her Lexus to Niko at J&T with excellent service. So when I was having an issue with my Jeep I took it in. The service and quality of work was over the top. Honest with no overselling. The service bays and waiting area are absolutely spotless. I don't think we will be taking either of our vehicles to anyone else.

I had some nice cold water while I was waiting for my service. The patio area was very nice and fresh. Jeremy set up my service and said it was on the house since it was my first time at that Shop.

This repair shop is highly organized, and has a super knowledgeable, and friendly, staff. They did an inspection for all repairs that should, optimally, get attention. And, these were compiled into a detailed report with low to high urgency, including actual photos of identified issues, and contained detailed custom notes for each. From there, I was able to get a price quote for repairs I wanted to perform. The cost was reasonable, especially for the level of professionalism/expertise shown here. They arranged a shuttle service, and had me on my way back home within 5 minutes. Then, the vehicles finished within a half day, including the time to acquire the part. Very satisfied overall. And, I have to also mention that their shop is kept extremely clean/organized in a 5S fashion. I highly recommend J & T.

The crew at JT are awesome. They are upfront about the services they are going to provide you, the process of the service and they follow up with you thoroughly about the diagnosis of the problem and then upfront about the costs. I highly recommend them if you want a reliable and trustworthy mechanic! Their parts and service too are covered under their warranty of working on your car.

J&T replaced the brake pads on my BMW. Within a week I noticed a squeal starting. I mentioned to them I would just see how it went. Within a couple of weeks the sound was louder and on more than one brake. Though the brakes functioned just fine, I returned the car and asked them to take a listen. J&T came to the same conclusion as I did and simply replaced the pads again. It's nice to have a company that stands behind their work.

Our family has used JT automotive for all of our auto repair needs. Recently, we had a problem with a door handle On a Kia telluride. One of the owners came out to look at it and he fixed it on the spot. We highly recommend JT for Their customer focus; quality of their work; & fair pricing.

I cannot thank J&T Auto enough for their help this afternoon with a serious issue with a popped tire and stripped lug nuts. Bryan at the shop and Kannon who drove over to help were fantastic. It was incredibly hot out when me and my 8-year-old grandson were left stranded in a hot parking lot. They have worked on my car before, and I took a risk to reach out to them when I had exhausted all options. In this day and age, old school customer service is hard to find. I strongly recommend this local Spring Branch company. I work in Spring Branch ISD and live in the Cypress area but would drive the extra miles from Cypress to this shop on Westview to support a company with such a strong moral compass.
