I just left there to order my daughter some nuggets. I went inside this time because I didn't want to park. So as I was standing at the counter another customer had just walked out and I was standing there like 10 minutes and there were 3 employees working and they never even acknowledged me. But they both looked at me the Hispanic guy on the frier and the Hispanic girl working the window. Then I just was like excuse me no one is taking orders on front counter . Then the Hispanic guy gone say u see it's only 3 of us and yet he still didn't take my order he told the Hispanic girl something in Spanish and she came to take my order. He was very rude I'm a sponsor team lead at a jack location and no matter how many employees I have u could at least acknowledge customer and ask them to give u a second

Terrible service. Terrible management. If you go in the drive thru they make you pull away from the window so their clock has a lesser time than they actually took making the food. It’s ridiculous and dangerousness. They take forever. They forget to put bacon on the bacon burgers. They forget to put tacos in the taco bag. Who ever thinks “clocking” drive thru orders is still and competitive sport is wrong. Customers do NOT want to move away from the window so you can lie to yourselves that you’ve been “faster.” You’re not faster. You’re just manipulating the system. Take the false pressure off the business and worry about quality. Your job is to provide good service to the customer. Your job is not to provide false numbers on a weekly/daily taco report.Whoever has put the clock before the customer needs to be retrained or removed. If the owner demands low clock time he needs to sell the store.

Honestly I would have put a 5 start but I saw something and heard something I didn’t think coming into this Jack in the box would be so dramatic. A manager should NEVER yell at an employee. Speak like adults! I’m very disappointed at this Jack in the box so hostile and not only that the manager kept talking about the situation after the employee got off work. Just redundant how can a manager do that? I used to work at Jack in the box and to be honest I was never treated like this and to think I wanted to get a job here because I thought it was a peaceful work area I won’t. I feel so bad for the lady that got yelled at I think her name is Fanny the one that got yelled at. No one should get yelled at and be embarrassed infront of customers.

Went thru the drive thru. I usually get a breakfast jack combo. The food was hot and the service was fast. What more can you ask from a fast food joint.
