I had a great experience at Jackson hewitt. I went into their location with some questions about my taxes. The tax representative, Ms. Zoe Saxton was fantastic. She answered all my questions and had my concerns at ease. I'm glad I chose Jackson hewitt to help me do my taxes this year. Thanks.

I was here with Mrs Charlotte she did a nice job in helping file my taxes and very patient when trying to get my documents and she explained what will be taking out of my refund and what amount I will receive.Very friendly calm person no rush or pressure. Great customer service ?????
